Dose anybody even play those things anymore? I haven’t seen them in ages, the only atgm carriers I see are the Wesel 1A2 and the occasional Mephisto
With so many IFVs with near as good ATGMs and auto cannons being added the pure ATGM carriers as mostly redundant as the IFVs have only slightly worse atgms in exchange for far more versatility in armour and auto cannons.
Is that an issue with the missile or the armour though? How long has Trophy been broken now? Gaijin needs to get their bug fixers moving.
Sees through smoke, tracks moving targets etc. it’s awesome and it could probably stand to move up a bit. I don’t think it would make much difference to the vehicle itself tbh.

Biggest downside is all soviet ATGM launchers need direct hit. Unlike Tow 2B types what just explodes over that tank what is in cover, and those things doesnt got scouting, unlike weasel what is sitting in 9.7 also.
Have you ever tried the tow-2b? It’s nerfed into the ground and pretty much doesn’t work.
I removed them from my desert warrior (not that I bother with that thing really, they really, really screwed it over with the apfsds they gave it sadly)

True, they are unreliable against mbt’s, but still usually cripples em by damaging breech.
But still better vs just direct aimed , when you cant pen Top tier leos on hulldown even on 1200 pen tandem if it hits on cheeck , and quite often it still ends up same thing just taking breech out (or gun) and if lucky commander.
I agree with your answer because Soviet atgm need to be guidance and with the small maps around you take high risk to get spotted once you fire the missile and guide to the target.
Khrizantema-S in 12.0 is totall joke because you dealing against tanks that have actieve protection systems or multiple composite armour in front. I test several times against tanks in 12.0 battle in map like Sands of Sinai. It works well against verhicles hitting them on the side but frontal is only damage the modules and crew not enough for instant death it require second missile to launched.

The only notable difference between Khrizantema and Shturm-S is the penetration.
And both Shturm and Khriz are already decompressed and correctly BR’d.
literally ATGM launchers are well known for being 0/10 armor + 10/10 main weapon
so knowing that Object 775 has the best reload of all ATGM launchers in-game, also that it’s flat as hell and has hydro-pneumatic suspension, it could be 10.3
and also armor isn’t a problem cuz as i already said: ATGM launchers have 0 armor in most cases

M1A2 SEP V2 also can’t stand a chance, and it gets overpressured
Challengers also can’t
TKX/Type 10 also can’t survive to it
VT/WZ/ZTZ just get annihilated

Leclerc also dies instantly, but u need to aim correctly
Strv 122B+ dies even faster than Leopard 2A7V
Merkavas, PUMAs, premium Abrams, Challenger BN and Namers are the only exceptions
