Spall liner in a t90m eats darts idk what your playing. Itll stop almost all the spalling still and the era stops it from the onset from fully penning it and t80bvms etc
The Mig-23MLD had R-24Rs and R-60s.
The F-4J came in with E-2s, R-24R equivalent missiles; That or was introduced with the superior 7Fs.
And F-4J came in with AIM-9Gs, missiles better than R-60s.
It wouldn’t be until around the time of F-14B that Mig-23MLD would get R-60Ms.
And it wouldn’t be until within the last year that F-4J’s RWR would stop seeing Mig-23’s radar.

Spalling is armor fragments, not the round.
T-80BVMs should exclusively be shot in their trash turret and idler wheel.
I don’t know why Abrams players are the exclusive people shooting the T-80BVM’s UFP when that’s where the armor is. All other 8 tech tree players shoot the turret and frag T-80BVMs.
I don’t know if you played during that time but the E-2s were easy to dodge. Even a phantom could do it. You just turn left, and then reverse the turn hard. You can watch a lot of “how to” videos on it. The R-24Rs were a lot faster and maneuverable. Also the 7Fs were good, but again limited to like mach 2.6 which also made them easy to dodge.
All missiles were easy to dodge. I didn’t die to a single R-24 or AIM-7 back then, and by the time I learned from DCS and others, I never died to either even after they were fixed.
It wouldn’t be until 2023 where I’d be more reckless and start dying to them cause I was goofing off.
Yeah, MLD was strong, so was F-4J.
And shortly after F-14A was added which was the American Mig-23MLD in every way with better loadout… until the Mig-23 nerf this last major update.
MLD is still most of an F-14A, but it’s no contest in a dogfight anymore.

I still disagree. The MLD was just extremely good at the time. None could compete with its flight performance, and its missile set was very good, it could even carry R-24Ts if you’re into a rat play style.
What I do agree with is the F-14A being extremely powerful on release. That shit released without competition.

Not a drone. Instanly start notching and dropping chaff like i do every time and head for the deck not like it helps cause the panstir is OP as fuck but keep assuming i dont know how to play…only have 4000 hrs in this shit game

Cause what you do, works in Tornado on the smallest map in the game too: Advance to the Rhine.
What you do is you hard bank left if you’re right handed, right if left handed.
Instant dive to the ground, be tree level until mach 1 and 20km away.
Climb to over 8000 meters.
Then do S-maneuvers from 18.5km to >13km dropping a bomb each time.
You don’t die, it’s just impossible to die that way to a Pantsir, and why you see so many standard fighters in the top BR to deal with CAS.
Pantsir is not and has never been OP, you’ve just been spawning wrong.
You can also airfield spawn if you want a safer spawn.
I never said it was not broken, i said it’s easy counterplayed by fighters, which was true before AIM120.
Now it’s barely playable.

Well you see its your fault that you are being spawned into Pantsir lock range.
Its your fault that despite no in-game help and no helpful forum users, you don’t know that you should instant left right left right, turn around 3 times, pray to God, and donate to Eva Alfie in order to avoid the 3 Pantsir missiles that have been flying towards your Gripen with no RWR warning.
Its your fault that only toxic elitist chronically online users offer a semblance of help in order to find the viable playstyle unless you have 20+km missile systems onboard in which case u just hard-countered the spoonfeed Pantsir user because thats what balance is according to Gaijin.

He’s not wrong, the pantsir IS FINE, as long as others get matching SPAA. Which is what he said, keep pantsir and give everyone else something to match its capabilities. Actually he said give everyone something better, which I’m fine with as well. As long as it doesn’t repeat the pantsir situation with new SPAA for everyone.

That only works when the nation has an aircraft with standoff missles and a targeting pod, which germany as example completly lacks
Well a lot of nations have something similar. Like the US, Britain, Sweden, Russia, Italy, and France.
