Dear Gaijin: can you count a plane struggling to take off as STILL ACTIVE?

Just lost a game because I was last survivor and the idiotic AI thought that my Vampire FB loaded with 2x 1000 lb bombs in Pyrenees was idling on the strip rather than EFFIN STRUGGLING TO TAKE OFF!!

If the engine is at 100% and the speed is barely 160 kph after 30 seconds and the pilot is trying to lift the airplane with continuous mouse commands, DO NOT COUNT IT AS INACTIVE YET!!!

RIP :(
Not sure how you can fix that, maybe don’t count it if it is moving over 100kph on runway? It shouldn’t be based on throttle if that becomes a problem that needs fixing, that’s all I know

Why were you carrying bombs on a vampire in AirRB?

…because I play CAS, I’m grinding the Swedish tree and the Finnish Vampire is a FB…?

Its two bombs, even if its a FB its not worth it for two bombs, that I think drop as a single drop, just shoot ground targets if you wanna play like that, you have enough ammo

Whoops, accidentally deleted my post…

“They are just confused since it is a great fighter, so why would you be bombing in it”
(Or something like that, I don’t remember the exact wording)

I didn’t actually realize you could delete them, makes sense though…

If they were 1000lb bombs, you could do a decent amount of damage to a base, and get some extra points for it. I don’t remember the specifics of ARB but I think you get a set number of spawns, so why not take bombs, you can drop them if you get into a fight

You get 1 spawn in AirRB, and you shouldn’t take bombs in the vampire because you need to climb in the thing so you actually have energy to use

Nvm, I’m tweaking, I thought you said aab, and was responding saying arb, while thinking aab, ignore my comment
