The numbers I have given are not from any of the public lists like those from Dontkev/WreckingAres. Instead, the total numbers of 90 for Rafale and 66 for Eurofighter are the total number of reports according to Gaijin so they include both public and internal reports. Gaijin’s list is more accurate as it is what the developers see.
Constantly saying in multiple threads that X is bugged, Y is unrealistic, and Z needs to be fixed for X and Y reasons won’t change the fact that no one in this forum can take control about which problems get fixed and which don’t. Can we finally stop with this and go on? It doesn’t help anyone, it only fills threads with hundreds of unnecessary posts and pressure on Forum Mods.
I am not saying you can’t discuss about things that are wrong or missing, but these discussions shouldn’t reach such dimensions, that we need a Part 2 of three entire threads - everyone who deals with the matter knows that XYZ needs fixes.

I think EuroBros forget that IR AASMs are still missing most of their functionality such as LOAL automatic target recognition as well as its ability to be slaved to Spectra. If the devs implemented that it would make the Brimstones look like stone age technology lmao

You do know that Brimstones have the exact same capability and have had it since they entered service right?
In fact the Brimstone can do it better because it uses a MMW seeker instead of IR seeker and where the Rafale is limited to only 6 the Typhoon can carry 18 of them. Brimstone 2s match the range of the AASM, Brimstone 3s beat it and the Spear-3s blow it so far out of the water that its kinda hilarous to even try to compare them.
I know the Rafail holds a special place in your heart, but in this regard its so outdated its hardly even a competition. Heck, its so OP that gaijin has to give the Typhoon the earliest possible variant of the Brimstone and nerf so hard through the floor its hardly even recognisable as the weapon system its meant to be depicting

This whole argument is kind of silly in the first place, AASM and Brimstone are different weapon classes. Dont even think AASM can actually hit moving targets without laser assistance (seeing as the AASM’s own datasheet states the IIR seeker is for precision strikes on facilities, and that the laser is for strikes against moving targets), and Brimstone certainly cant deal any large scale damage to buildings like 500/2000lbs bombs could.
