Already exists the XM914 / M230LF fires the LW30 family of cartridges (30 x 113mm) which includes a proximity round.
Its already certified as a drop in module for CROWS(-30), and assorted unmanned turrets.
The issue is that as with all EW measures they aren’t perfect nor a silver bullet, so having some form of hard-kill mechanism is a good idea since a novel threat is right around the corner.
Not denying that. Having both is the way to go Im just saying that jammers are simplier and cheaper while offering constant all around protection without the need for sensors, radars, etc.

Can you make any comment at all regarding the T-90A trophy that was shown in the twitter post regarding custom tank optics today? Could we one day see it or is it some kind of internal joke and will never reach live server?

There’s nothing to comment about really until we announce a vehicle. Many vehicles can often be added for testing or purposes and never come to the game. Some do, some don’t.
