Realistically speaking max G load doesnt matter over 30G since you wont be dodging this missile anyway. The defining factor of IR missiles is their IRCCM and this factor can be easily buffed or nerfed by Gaijin for the sake of balance.
Also Python 4 will never achieve the same range as Derby because Derby is the one strapped off most air surfaces and added more aerodynamic nose cone.

Can you make any comment at all regarding the T-90A trophy that was shown in the twitter post regarding custom tank optics today? Could we one day see it or is it some kind of internal joke and will never reach live server?
