Out of the 2. I reckon CF-18 is more likely for us. It adds nothing to the US tree, but the Australian F-18 adds the possiblity of the US getting ASRAAM.

Yeah, I do hope the Cf-18 gets added to the UK for variety, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up elsewhere, like the Canadian leopards. (not saying the UK needed the Canadian leopards that’s its own can of worms from this)

I hope the CF-188 gets added to the UK. Not only can a line-up with the ADATS be started(just need the 2A6M CAN, and a LAV as well as the CF-188),
As pointed out the US doesn’t need it as they have the same or better depending on what upgrade of the CF-188 we are talking about.

That’s super neat! I did a quick search to see if I could find what the letter code is supposed to be (being half cut off), and found something better on this random aviation forum:
And for those who don’t know, the first two letters in British squadron codes are for the squadron, the third for the individual aircraft. So YO-H is “YO” for No. 1 Squadron RCAF, with that Hurricane being aircraft “H”.

I understand the av8b NA is supposed to have FLIR in the nose. Irl this is used in air interception as well. Anyone think we’ll see an improvement of mechanics for that?
I’m not sure, it’s clearly targeted towards the 11.3 premium MBT players so it having a pod is likely already good enough for Gaijin.

Categorically the only nations that didnt need another high level attackers was the USA and Russia

The only nations that realy need a capable multi role CAS right now are Japan ,Germany and China.
With China getting resolved this patch.
Japan maybe as well if they get a targeting pod and jdams.
That only leaves germany
Well Germany are humped until they give the Tornado JDAMs.

ya know something I’d like as a quality of life fix would be for the protection analysis deformation to be to the same level across all platforms, PS4 and PS5 still don’t deform as much as Xbox and PC, it’s been this way since Drone Age.
like all it takes is someone doing the test on either Xbox or PC and you’ll see the vast difference in deformation
