There is nothing to stop a suggestion at least being considered providing it meets the minimum requirements. There is never a guarantee of any suggestion (just because it meets the minimum requirements) being implemented however.
In terms of implementation however, its always been the case that incomplete projects (unless they were ships which have different standards) will only be used in cases where there are no other realistic alternatives.
In this case, F-111K was suggested, there was clearly a general demand for an Aardvark in the British tree due to the British involvement in the program, but the K itself was not a viable aircraft. So the C exists in this instance to satisfy the middle ground option that was both an operational aircraft design and one with a connection to the British tree, whilst not taking anything away from the American tree that has its own domestic variant to fill that gap too (F-111F).
If nothing else, suggestions like this simply allow the devs a bit of a gauge in situations like this, where they can also seek alternatives where possible.

Right now, we don’t have any plans for a second. But nothing is ruled out entirely.

@Smin1080p_WT there are a number of changes on the dev server that weren’t mentioned in the changelog. For instance HE-VT for HSTV-L and more reverse gears in XM800T.

The reports have currently been submitted from late Friday evening up to now. As you can imagine with it being the weekend, its very much impossible to provide updates on that until many of the dev team turn tomorrow.

Changes can be present but not listed on the update notes. As its a WIP build, everything is subject to change regardless of if its on the changelog or not.

@Smin1080p_WT Are the 3rd person crosshairs on the F-111’s going to be getting fixed before the update comes out?
Currently the guns fire well below where the crosshair is pointed making it almost impossible to hit anything. It has been a bug for months and is present when flying the F-111F/C in the Dev Server.
Can you link me to the bug report please? I can see its status and also nudge it as its relevant for this update.

@Smin1080p_WT any chance of Skyranger 30 be coming to Germany Ground Tree as it was suggested long ago and got positive poll, it would be a fine addition to German tree since we need some fresh air on AA line. (sorry for annoying you)
