Germany has it on the premium Canadian Leo as well.
@Acestillflying how about no?
keep the useless swedish stuff out of the german tree
see the following
@Morvran
funny how the minority is taken as representative of the whole… i know a few other groups of people who suffer from this treatment…
just wait till F-35 come
So can you tell me what’s unique about them ? All I can see is the different MG and 4 less smoke grenades.
Looks absolutely unique, I couldn’t really even tell they are Leopard 2A5/6.
Only things unique there are BT-42, Vickers, L-62, Leopard AA and partially T-55M.
Everything else is a straight up paste so it’s 5v13.
Six (6) nations got M44 this update and I’m sure others have their own counterparts, but Gaijin decided to follow the easy route.
They also seem like they cba to work on AAs that much, so they just blatantly copy/pasted Strela and Osa into three other nations besides USSR.
I’m very confident that they hand-picked Osa to be added simply because it can be added to 40% of the nations in the game.
Giving nations copy/pasted assets take way less time than creating new ones from scratch with different weaponry that would’ve need to be balanced on their own.
Just for clarification CAF operates Jas-39 C/D variants.
Why do i need them when Eurofighter are better with some few fix?
So your TT can get “diversified”.
I can show you directly with one of them. When a Dutch friend of mine said that the 2A6NL on dev server was both incorrect and pointed out the problems, I believed him. And a few dev updates later they switched the models to be correct, and this left the Finnish Leopard 2A6 looking like this…
You can see every part that was not previously part of the Finnish 2A6, and some aspects were even removed.
M44 is one vehicle, and Strela was only added to other tech trees last major update.
Copy-paste is a useful tool beyond extremely slightly less commission costs.
And claiming that unique vehicles are copy-paste is a slippery slope to even worse takes.
You also forgot to list the Finnish 2A6 as a unique vehicle discrediting your own post.
There’s also T-72M1, Patria CT-CV, ITO-90M, B-239, J9, and a few others.
and award for most demented idea goes to 40 wannabe
Thats normal…
On topic of the F-16 or Swiss F-18, they wont understand it…
To understand it they would need the same experience which they dont have because they didnt had to fight in an Phantol with Aim-120 against Migs, F-15s/ Gripen and so on…
But since this is now also over due to EF, I havent seen/Heard anyone saying gib Argentinia F-16 or that stuff…
Why to germans? there is nothing in common except both are nato countries, horrible idea
Agree, could be an neat tree together with Poland
before hungary was added, i would have loved to see V4 tree. Hungary, slovakia, czechia and poland
Not an idea, just a fact if Czech subtree is added to German tt the gripens would be also in German tt, unable to read or what?
Since France has BENELUX
For Germany the DACH area would be neat,
do we need it? No…
do we get it? Very Unlikely…
D= Deutschland/Germany
A= Austria
CH= Swiss/Confoederatio Helvetica
this i could get behind if people really want subtree so desperately
US area on the other hand
C.U.M (Canada USA and Mexico)
I just want the 140mm Leopard xD
Well, Luckly we dont need Swiss for that :))))))
Even tho the Swiss one looks better
Zusammenfassung
I continue to endorse Austria and Switzerland for Germany.
It’s why I always endorsed Benelux for France. Both get at least 2 armed nations as sub trees.
Germany doesn’t need Benelux, and France doesn’t need Switzerland and Austria.
Though it is nice the SK105 is in both France and Germany at this time, especially since Gaijin still hasn’t added the other 105s to France yet.
Also, keep in mind the French one wasnt planned, the SK which was first planned for Germany alone, is an Austrian one, they only got it because when they saw it has an stab they went the loud mode and ask for it, resulting in
German SK (Austria) went in last minute to France, while Germany got an Argentinia version…
So at this time it could have been planned as an DACH area tree
