Currently, China has only Two Pakistan vehicles (A-5C and T-80UD/DU-1)

Why? It is a Thai vehicle, which was bought by the Thai government from China, with Thai taxes.
There is no right for you to gatekeep it.
Because Thailand is subtree of Japan.
Just like how you want Pakistan or Taiwanese vehicles.

It’s literally clear as day that Pakistan is a Chinese subtree. Also, we have the Al Khalid and JF-17 in game as Pakistani vehicles too. Not to mention the Z-10ME

You are right, we should examine the argument in more detail, notwithstanding the fact that it comes from a bad faith position. The argument is that the RoC (illegitimate) flag should be added to the custom flags selection, because it is a flag used by the de facto government of Taiwan. On its face, this seems fair, but it quickly runs into several issues:
-
Taiwan is internationally recognized as part of China. As a province of China, Taiwan is not recognized as a nation, and its de facto government does not have the full sovereignty which nations have.
a. Under the description of the update, it is explicitly described that only national flags are available for selection. The ROC flag doesn’t qualify as such. -
In the Gaijin ToS, under Annex #1, it is stated that there are restrictions content ingame.
a. It is explicitly stated that you must not, among others, “share provocative content, engage in illegal discussion, spread hate speech, [or] endorse harmful propaganda”.
b. Part 6 of this section details the prohibition of political content ingame:

6 . Political Content . We do not support or endorse political entities, and using our Game(s) for any political purpose is strictly prohibited. This includes posting political messages in game chats or using political content in clan (squadron, etc.) names, logos, or descriptions. The only exception is the occasional addition of neutral content by Gaijin, such as flags and national emblems of United Nations Member States.
The RoC is not a member of the UN, and so its national flag cannot be considered “neutral content”, and logically would not be allowed ingame.
- Gaijin takes into consideration political and historical sensitivities when working on the game. Allowing players to incorrectly select the flag of the ROC to represent the flag of the Chinese tech tree ingame would contrast with this ideal. To give an example, the flag of Germany during WW2 was the Nazi flag. If we go by strict definition, it would be a selectable flag for the German tech tree. However, it obviously was not added, since it represents genocide and hateful ideology. While the ROC’s history is certainly not as bloody as that of the Nazis, its addition would nonetheless be politically ignorant for a multitude of reasons.
From these 3 reasons, we can arrive at the same conclusion which Gaijin has already computed: it is not only unnecessary, but incorrect to add the flag of the ROC ingame.

It’s due to tons of folks simply complaining. Which is why some Historical flags go bye-bye. Like a certain recent one.
