In the October 28th test server, the SU-30MK2 received the exact same radar as the SU-27SM, which is significantly superior to that of the J-11A. The specific differences are illustrated in the chart below.

I previously made a post about the SU-30MK2(
Is it reasonable to put SU30mk2 in BR 13.3?) and this update has further solidified my view:placing the SU-30MK2 at BR 13.3 is unreasonable.
It is now essentially an SU-27SM that weighs about 900 kg more (the datamined aerodynamic model hasn’t even been adjusted), and it even has stronger CAS capabilities than the SU-27SM—it can carry six KH-29 missiles, surpassing the J-11A at the same battle rating. This is a disrespect to players who own the SU-27SM or J-11A, and even to those who previously purchased the F-18 at BR 12.7 (which frequently encounters this aircraft and has almost no countermeasures against it).
Therefore, I believe its aerodynamic model and radar should either be nerfed, or it should be moved to BR 13.7.

I’ve already researched the J-11A but haven’t purchased it yet. I was originally planning to play it after its br gets lowered this time. However, now that I know I’ll have to compete with a host of premium aircraft that are better than mine, I feel really disappointed. Gaijin might truly be short on money.
: )
J11A is already not a great aircraft. This SU30MK2 (while better in most regards compared to the J11A) is still weaker then the SU27SM (less missiles, worse flight performance and weaker engines). The J11A is always going to be a weaker 13.3, but its too strong to be 13.0.
Its just on the worse end of compression, as the max br still has a long way to go for a better and more balanced experience.

Take my advise - SKIP J-11A. Even without Su-30MK2 it is an awful experience on the jet which is blind (basic Su-27 radar), deaf (SPO-15 RWR) and had to face competent opponents. (also it got MAWS which more harmful than helpful)
