Currently in SB the frontline and convoy spaa is too strong. It has gotten to a point where if you fly anywhere close to the front or convoy below 3000m or you enter the 3km death radius of the spaa you die instantly. In this current state one can run to their convoy like airfield campers used to do with airfields. I don’t know if it’s realistic or not but its ruining the game.

If you fly straight and level past a convoy with SPAA there is a good chance you’ll be killed…
If you jiggle a bit you’re 99% safe…

At WW2 prop brackets, I fully agree on convoys. They’re nearly impossible to tackle solo or even with a wingman using guns, dumb bombs and rockets even using dive bombing techniques. It’s kind of insane a sherman rooftop gunner or even a PzIv rooftop gunner can snipe someone flying at 600 km/h 2 km away.
I disagree on frontlines though. I’ve never been killed by SPAA there and I sometimes loiter a long time there waiting for people to show up in the lobby.

I agree, if they have a gepard on ground i get an rwr warning and can react. Fair stuff
but the sidams… omfg
They do not have a radar so no warning and have pinpoint accuracy because they are shot by the game…

Its the same with jets, if you enter a certain radius of the convoy you just die no matter what you do.
Been like this for 2 ish years. They wont fix it
