I personally think reward and event vehicles shouldn’t, as these people earned their rewards and it would be kinda dumb later for it to be re-added with convertible RP… also cause GE crates and SL crates provide this opportunity, and the market for some as well.
I mostly want to address removed GE premiums and removed tech tree vehicles.
In the end, its up to Gaijin to adjust it as they see fit, if they take my idea for consideration. This is mostly just my view on it
I morally disagree with gambling, even if its just fake computer money.
Gaijin would absolutley make more money if things like the sturmtiger, TOG and obj 292 were premium pack vehicles while not punishing players for not playing 12 years ago. It would be petty gatekeeping to disagree with their readdition.
i understand your POV, however from what ive seen on this forum more people regret not having a chance to get the event vehicles than the random removed vehicles

I regret that i missed the golden age of event vehicles because i only started playing in 2022. Ive sunk a lot of hours into this game and a lot of money (both in premium vehicles and in information for bug reports) too and wish that my late joining of the party didnt come with so many less sweet treats

Almost a year ago since this funny event:
Maybe time for another lottery of hopes and dreams for the IS-7 or something like E100.
Problem - Convertible RP requires Golden Eagles (real money) to be converted → therefore Gaijin is not going to introduce that event, as it would be a waste of potential GE.
I’d rather them come back for a higher RP cost and keep premium status. For example, 50,000,000 RP instead. They could cost the same RP as the highest-needed RP and SL for that rank. For the P-47D, that’d be around 33k RP and 105k SL.
This would also open the door to some researchable premiums. Its a weird (and frankly incomplete) concept but I think it’d be unique for atleast a couple premium vehicles in each tree are like reward vehicles. For example, if you get the achievement that requires you to have around 10k kills in a certain nation. I think that’d be very rewarding for players that frequent the same ranks. It’d be nice to be able to get the Type 74 (G) for example without spending money.
With it being in increments of 10mil conv. RP, majority of players would still likely have a few million RP on hand, which most players do not convert that much with GE.
Yes I’ve read responses to other posts for a while now, I just figured I’d offer a different view on obtaining them in a way that keeps them still uncommon, as I imagine Gaijin doesn’t like the concept of these removed vehicles running around everywhere in matches.
Regardless, I wouldn’t mind if they exclude certain vehicles or remodel stuff like the Panther II. This is purely just an event idea that I wanted to share.
you don’t understand what i meant, here is an early PoV of any Gaijin heads to your idea:
This event could induce more player year round activity and provide a bigger incentive to get premiums of all ranks / constant premium account.
It’d also make some more sales on the removed GE premiums, so a tiny bit extra there.
on the premium part, yes it is certain, as you said it would take both GE and FreeRP (i’ll go with “FRP”).
but to any other vehicules, players like me (13 years in game), doesn’t requires to buy anything, as we’ve accumulated an enormous amount of FRP throughout the years, while already grinded most Techtrees we were interested into
so we could buy a lot of FRP event vehicules we missed, and still give no money for it
→ no premium account, no GE, nothing.
and the amount you’ve proposed, will blocks recent players to have any profits from such sales → pushing up further the hatred of new vs old players (which is kinda a thing for players under lvl 30,… somehow)
I don’t believe really new players should be able to easily obtain these vehicles. This is more an event to reward players who have been playing for quite some time already with the ability to get older vehicles and futureproof the newer players who dedicate their time to get one of them.
My point about newer players in the post, is that they will know that eventually they can get one, and not feel like they will never get a single vehicle cause they never come back, y’know?
Edit- I know that veterans right now would get a big influx of them on the first time this event would run, but that’s understandable, since we have been playing a long time and have devoted quite a bit of time to this game already. It would be a fair reward to get some cool stuff we didn’t get before it’s removal.

I’d add the ability to recycle CRPs like we can do with orders, wagers, boosters and discounts on vehicles. Use a minimum of 10k CRPs and let it roll.
They could also add the ability to win decorations or camos in addition to the current options.
I’d also like the ability to discount the GE cost for those camos that can only be attained through GE by using CRPs. X amount of CRPs reduces the camo by 50%.

Imagine working hard in an event to get a rare vehicle - then a year later they give it out freely… big kick in the bollocks if you ask me.
I have 85 million convertible RP - why would I ever do an event? I would just buy everything…
