I was just pointing out that, without any controls as I proposed, the problem can remain largely unsolvable. Working the hypothesis this is routing, not server, you need an example of a routing pattern one knows DOES work to differentiate from the ones that do not. A trouble ticket will only have info on the latter. People taking the time to say, THIS tracert has been entirely problem-free ATM can thus also enable both individual and company troubleshooting. o7

I have the same issue, i keep getting random packet loss % 1-3 times every game depend on the length of it, my wifi is pretty good and the issue doesnt occur in other games i play

Same air is getting unplayable.
I had like 5-6 battles with big packet loss(EU servers) but, today Servers are skipping in updating the Event Tasks.
Over 5000 Score Points from the last 2 battles should have been added but it wasn’t, even after 3 restarts of the game.
Today Servers counted only one battle and updated the Event Task and than again another 2 battles wasn’t added to Event progress !
When I gonna receive the over 10000 points not given? TBH I believe Never
This I really think is not a genuine bug or server issue but, is intended to make the task harder and push ppl in buying the tokens !
One of the reasons I skipped last events is because Game are skipping on purpose to give enough materials , points , hindering the progress of the players pushing them towards market.

The sever especily in na sever are so bad why with have. To paid for repair cost with this happen it shound be like that or get crew lock isnt fun or good for gameplay and more when you are trying to grind when laing you vehicle for sever isue also even worst when some one crash in you in run way
ive had the same problem to the point where the game becomes unplayable. I’ll be flying and it’ll put me straight into the ground and I get crew locked. This has been happening for about a month or so, and would happen even before that. This used to not be a problem until about November of last year. Everyone else has been experiencing packet loss like this from what I’ve seen in the in-game chat. This is also the same in Ground RB, where my tank will lose control and start going rogue on me, and eventually I lose connection to the match. This is NOT a wifi issue as none of my other games have had this issue. Usually I have around 35 ping and my packet loss will spike.
This is getting ridiculous gaijin. Over a month and the problems with the US and SA servers are as bad as ever. Air RB is unplayable at least a third of the time. Is there any progress at all towards a fix or workaround???

I’m still gonna say it’s not the servers themselves but the route.
I don’t face the issue on the US servers I play on, and I’m halfway across the world from them, so I should even find a bad route at some stage.
I think the one time I had connection issues which I thought was this, I had 2-3 matches in a row where the paketloss and ping was horrid, and it turned out there was an update being downloaded, and then my modem even needed a firmware update and restarted as well, then everything went back to normal.
What we really need is a pingable/tracert-able server to test against from each of the datacenters, then we can do some real diagnosis though means such as constantly pinging the server to see when it drops out or starts losing packets, as well as tracerouting to find the node that is having an issue.
I would love if we could work with Gaijin on doing some trace routing. I’ve done it before, not difficult at all. I’ve still been having some issues, though they seem to be a little less frequent now.
Absolutely, I love finding faults in routes and advising information on various transports.
