Yep, people share routes.
Sometimes there’s only a few that aren’t affected in the matches, it’s just luck of the draw.
I myself haven’t had any matches where massive amounts of the match fall out, or that I’ve seen people complaining of the PL, or even seen it happen myself.
I solely play on the US servers, and I feel I have hit both coasts.
Doesn’t matter if it’s the actual servers or the CDN network (G CORE) that the servers are on, its Gaijin’s responsibility to fix it. This is affecting an extremely large group of players and apparently you have been lucky enough not to experience, maybe its a “load” issue and you aren’t playing during peak times?? Either Way Gaijin needs to get to the bottom of it, or they are going to start losing “more” players.
To a point though…
There’s a stage where it has to be reported properly rather than just assumed that it is just gaijins servers, and that’s the issue that everyone seems to have with me even mentioning that.

Got any stats on how many they’ve lost because I’m not seeing it.

Here is a replay where my packet loss impacts me. Happens about 2.5 minutes into the match right after I turn to chase the JU288. Pardon my lack of skill.
Was about 50% PL for the entire time I was trying to pull up. I’m on the US east coast.

High Ping and high packet loss happened almost exactly at 03:00 minutes into the match. You can even see my tank spin in circles chaotically in the replay. Ping+Packet Loss issue lasted maybe 5 seconds. I did not notice any further issues during this match. There might have been, but nothing that I noticed and nothing as serious as this example that made my tank spin around impossibly fast.
I was not able to get a screenshot of the ping+PL readout, but when I glanced down, both where solid red font.
I renamed and made a copy of the replay file on my computer if the devs would like a copy of that in addition to the online replay.

Got .clog file, sending it to you in a PM. The only thing I did after the match was open and watch the replay, no other matches played etc. (Next time I will just copy the .clog file out immediately at end of match in case that matters.)

High Ping+Packet Loss starts at almost exactly 05:00 into the match, this one lasts longer than the previous one. It lasts about a full minute. Lag and PL starts high, and gradually reduces towards 0 over the course of 1 min. I died at the 1 min mark, when I respawned both the ping and PL were normal.
I have replay file, screenshots, and .clog for this match as well. Please let me know if you would like them too.
EU server is literally unplayable for me, every game latency in red and PL fluctuates between 5-30% which is also red, UNTIL I only select NA then no more high ping or packetloss problem, and oh I’m from SEA.
It’s the US - so it’s possible.
In some ways it’s more like a third world country. ;)
Use this thread I linked below for making reports for EU servers. Stona wants us to use this one for NA server issues only. Get screenshots, save .clog file, post link to your replay. Please help us help them fix the issue, not just complain about it 😉

Lag+PL starts almost immediately as I get into the CAS plane to bomb @ 06:00. Couldn’t control the plane, at all, couldn’t drop bombs, lagged into the ground.

Just a little bit before the end of the match I started to get packet loss causing me to start randomly flying upwards and Spinning in my spitfire. i also have the clog file saved if needed
I play Air RB (but I imagine it is throughout all modes) where lag is always occurring. At its worst it kicked me out of matches or would make my plane dive and crash. This happened a number of times during last week and the week before that, but those scenarios hasn’t happened since. However since then, there is minor though consistent lag. Below replay is one example.
