Console sales unavailability

We all know console sales are few and far between due technical difficulties but what is stopping gaijin from substiting this lack of pack sales with other sale items such as premium time sale or GE vehicle sales.

I dont understand how this isnt possible or how it wouldnt be a good addition, for example lets take the lunar new year or the red army foundation day, rather than it being a handful or 1 GE vehicle on sale they could sell more especially if pack sales are unavailable

Please tell me your thoughts on this and whether or not it would be possible and reasonings etc
