There is of course more things in the works coming in the major update

I love seeing this and this really makes me happy. HOWEVER, will we some fixes to floating terrain, TWS locking ghost objects (including objects sub terrain) and some immersive BR decompression so we can keep WW2 level tech to WW2, Cold War Tech to Cold War and and Modern tech to Modern (No, not talking about BR limiting by year as that would not be fair to some nations).

The question asked by many always seems to be ignored.

Seems a bit of kick in the teeth to postpone the next vessel event, logically after the meteor it would be a vessel yet now to hear them postpone it after two tanks & a aircraft plus a month break for whatever reason is a load of hogwash.

Damn yet another Dutch Leopard, could your higher ups not think of anything besides that? I’m not sure what’s worse that or what I said above.

Postponing for a month lines up the event for around update release meaning it may be a bigger ship like mentioned in the blog.

As a decade long Dutch player i gotta say, i am really excited for this addition and it is nice that the future amx prototypes will still be researchable in the normal techtree for most players.

I believe they said in the replies they need proof of the project being cancelled before a functioning prototype for it to be removed the SRAAM being a holder of a prototype munition on aircraft in game showing prototype muntions still qualify for being in the game.

VFX Updates

War Thunder’s VFX are constantly evolving and in the next major update we’ll have some improvements to this aspect of the game. One in particular that we’d like to mention is the afterburner effect of aircraft, where we’ve looked to refine the inside of the nozzle by adding a flame effect, giving them a more realistic and in-depth look. This improvement will come for all aircraft that have afterburners.
