The chassis is the Swedish Bv 410, so it could go in both Swedish and German trees. The one in your image is the prototype though, which wasn’t directly adopted by anyone. The Swedes went for the Lvrbs 98 which didn’t have the radar on the towing unit, instead using a separate radar vehicle. The Germans went for the IRIS-T SLM. Can’t yet say whether the devs are planning on adding the prototype to both trees, or it’s just depicting the lvrbs 98 for Sweden.
Though it seems like the lvrbs 98 has a slightly different towing unit rear design, so they’re probably adding the prototype (which also means they can copy paste it between Sweden and Germany; less work!).
Considering the IRIS-T SLM only has 12km range, whats the point of adding it besides ofc much much much improved missile compared to the VT1. I thought we are getting equals to the Pantsir in range
Not so much they’re doing less (this next naval event would line up same timeframe as Alcione next year), it’s that they’ve squeezed in two more events ahead of it compared to last year. The next naval event will be #9 of the year, compared to Alcione being #7 at the same time of year.
That means these next three events going to be tight on each other though… maybe a day or two at most in between T-24-85, German plane and US tank before the break.
Somehow gaijin is capable of “updating” us on whats to come yet cant take an hour or so to gather their information on where the fuck they got Kh38MT stats and sources. Truly we live in a society.
