What? It is. That’s why I didn’t mention it. Duh.

Hello.
It is indeed the Thai FR.1, in addition to the Indonesian Avia B-33.
Thank you for the clarification on that!
With every passing year we get closer to EAP. I simply know it.
In premium pack with U-47. Would be funny
Does that matter that much? It’s still the loved PRTL Pruttel (for the CA1-CA3 batches, aka 8.X vehicle) or the PRTL Cheetah (for the GWI, aka 9.x vehicle). It’s a very fitting vehicle to add, especially considering we’ve got the CV9035NL, for which the 35 mm was chosen specifically for backwards compatibility with the APDS and APFSDS shells used by the PRTL GWI Cheetah.
I’ll personally always applaud more fully unique Benelux vehicles, but that does not invalidate such iconic vehicles like the PRTL to be added. (I’m still not sure which variant they’ll add)
I think if it’s the base version, then yes, I’d much rather see domestic French designs around the same BR instead. I would be quite happy to see the upgraded variants with new rounds, FCS, and missiles. God knows we need a better vehicle at 9.x than the SANTAL.
Hopefully some more Indian stuff later
It wouldn’t even surprise me if they came at the same time
Hi Smin a question about clusters, there will be multiple type of clusters get added to the game like HE, EFP, heat types?
Ah yes, the obligatory FiX tHe GaMe GaIjIn
So you want to solve the issue of copypaste, by spinning off BeNeLux into a separate tree that would need a ton of copypaste to be viable?
They have a bluewater navy, which would put them in front of Israel and China and every other possible future tree.
The copy paste can peacefully leave the French tree and Gaijin would be at least brave when they add barely one French vehicle per update
Korea
Yes also in front of them.
So what? Their ground and air tree would require enormous amounts of copy paste to be viable and nobody would play them.
Israel should have never been an independent tree.
You would be increasing the total amount of copypaste in the game, so this would be a strictly worse outcome.
They will add each and every possible copy paste to the French tree too. An independent tree would allow us to actually get new vehicles and they spend some actual time on what they introduce to BeNeLux
The point is that if they’re not going to be adding unique vehicles to the BeNeLux subtree (where it takes up space in the French tree where unique French designs could go), then why not take the extra step and have it as a separate tree
And how many times have people said the exact same thing right before they add something busted to GRB
G’day, late comment here, gonna make a bit of a paragraph…
Seems odd to make it into system that requires a new item to halt resets of 48 hours, why not just allow it to never reset? I’ve personally played for over a decade but could never gain a streak past 81 days (closest now is 63 days as of now) with most reasons due to being out of my control. I’ve no chance of later decals even now, but why make a new item to have, just seems like a bit of wasted effort for what could be simply a system that never resets.
Guessing this is to be a predecessor base model to the variant in game? If so a better amphibian would be fun although poorer armour.
Rather excited for this, a dutch machine that’s from my understanding a different radar to the Flakpanzer Gepard 1, although wishful thinking is that the french tree receives a french design TT wise while this is either foldered, premium or squidron based.
Japan once again eating well for more various low BR attackers, although them being almost close existing items simply swapped over seems sad, but more attackers are better for lineup filler that’ll be helpful in combined arms modes, mmm 3.7 NF gonna be stacked for foreign aircraft designs (wish they’d get some ships tbh, some could already come for Indonesia).
Hmm, cluster munitions, time to scream for Eagle 1 clusters in WT now, as all the teams run for fear. Hmm now this might be a longshot, but could this eventually lead to the addition of the soviet PTAB bombs, sure not a cluster, but a whole lot of small bombs.
Well this is excellent, I’ve waited for the expansion of wing loaded bombs for Mosquito FB aircraft, many of the icon pictures, films, games, models show them with these bombs.
Now the Martlet confuses me, this could’ve been easily saved for a note in the patchnotes vs something mentioned in this sort of post. How many concurrent players even have a martlet? How many are even seen used these days? Only possibility I see is if a new TT ones is coming for the FAA line.
I wonder how long until someone tries to speed something through that doughnut ringhole? =CLANS= Big_Furny suggests an R3 armoured car for the challenge (as per dispatches with them yesterday).
I already dread some clones, especially if the latter is yet another Schnellboot (unless it’s to be say VS-5 in anticipation of submarines, VS-5 was a semi-submersible motor boat armed with two 2 cm autocannons & several torpedoes, it looked like a shoe sailing backwards). As much as I do love motor boats, these BP’s for “coastal” do need some heavy ships as rewards like the many bluewater ships within the coastal trees already, even if made to be Rank IV non premiums (akin for what the Voroshilov was).
I hate this, why doesn’t “true” have a capital “T” if “Dreams” & “Come” have capitals?
Still let me guess another aircraft/tank? I kinda wish you guys would whip out some insane obscure mad designed ship for a DCT event, something like an As designed Battlecruiser/Large Light Cruiser HMS Furious (2×1 18") or heh the flatiron gunboat Castore (1×1 16"), both of which carried the biggest guns for their types of ships.
Might be baffling thing to ask, but why not just run it at the same time? Not exactly impatient but it always feels like vessel events get postponed for other events to much. This also fills me with dread for another motor boat clone like past events or will be the most badic thing but without the bells & whistles that would make it great (recent example the Event Trident class PG, that was in a coast guard refit without AGM armament). Wishful thinking dictates a Pegasus class Hydrofoil, the other Cyclone class PG in the files which is in a later refit or hell sticking with trends of Coast Guard equipment a Hamilton class cutter…
I swear but wasn’t that thing what the CM Scarper had as a PFP on the old forum? It looks far to familiar or was it yourself Stona that had this as a PFP?
Ohh great so now quoting the pictures work, damn it… well that model has been sitting in the files for a bit, just used mainly for youtube shorts ever so often.
I wonder, has that Type VII gone through any remodels since 2023? Also out of recent conversations with another user, they mentioned it was a chimera of vessels. Will it come to the game like the IJA Type 5 is or will it be left to the scrap heals like the MS.74 Series 2A an disappear from the game if it’s infact a mix of several submarines?
Heh, I’m for submarines, for I can use better tactics to counter capital ships in RB NF EC & I’m against them in the form of my many many ASW warships I’ve researched over the years, Like this:
I hope it gets its torpedoes operational as ASW Homing torpedoes & that the RUR-5 on it becomes operational, ohh yeah!! Submarines will have a rude awakening for ASW armament
No shit. All the more reason why your idea is nonsensical. The drip feed content industry works by, well, drip feeding content (the clue is in the name). If Gaijin has decided that this update France doesn’t get, say, an AMX-based addition, they can always, always find a way to give you some filler while you wait for more (another Chaffee, an M46 for the tech tree etc, all of it French and yet all of it copy paste).
Because nobody would play it.
The game has too many independent TTs as it is. Almost nobody plays Israel (myself included) and the playerbase of Italy and France is tiny compared to the Big Three (and Italy used to be much worse before the arrival of Hungary etc).
Even Korea I’m very sceptical about, but we’ll see. For now, Israel has taught everyone a lesson in the nonexistent popularity of delapidated trees.
There’s a reason sub trees have been the focus for the past few years.
