The problem with the j10c is the lack of thrust at high alt because gaijin just doesn’t want to implement its full thrust for some reason
But I’m really confused about the part where people are asking for more counter measures for the j15t the j15t uses a lot of ecm hints the low counter measures and even then the true counter measure count hasn’t been disclosed in my opinion the j15t just SHOULDN’T have been added if it didn’t come with ecm don’t blame gaijin for not adding ecm with the plane blame gaijin because they added the j15t before ecm even came to the game. If an aircraft lacks its full capability because it’s not in the game then just don’t add the aircraft they should’ve just added a base j15.

No, they should’ve added something else entirely, like the J-16 or J-11BG or even the Su-35, if they wanted to add an actual top of the line fighter

ECM wont even save the J-15T, idk where this comes from at best it has internal ECM (that we know nothing about)
Not just that though, but that the only way it would save it is if it was the only aircraft with ECM. It won’t be. Every top tier aircraft I believe will have some form of ECM. The big question though will be if ECM will be generalised or specific
for china theyll have to make up stats anyway so itll most likely end up like the KLJ-10A, generalized, and if those stats arent up to par in any metric the J-15T goes to the bin where it is rn

Idk, I think a plane designed around ECM will surely be fine.
Sure, we don’t know anything about how its particular ECM systems work but we do have the science behind it. It’s only a matter of balancing + future bug reporting once (declassified!) info becomes available of its correct capabilities.

J-15D is a whole dedicated EW aircraft… not the same thing
To be fair, PLAN’s doctrine with their aircraft pretty much prioritises ECM over physical countermeasures, so… technically it is?
its main defensive armament might be ECM, doesn´t mean its designed around it, its CM count is literally just inherited from its predecessors. And for ECM/EW they have the D variants… and i could argue that every modern aircraft is ECM reliant.
There is nothing that suggests its designed around ECM (it hasnt even been spotted carrying ECM/EW pods).
J-15T (or in general the J-15´s) are just not made for WT and there were/are better picks for china top tier.

Since there isn’t much public information on ECM, I think Gaijin should focus on balance.
Aircraft with weaker defensive capabilities (like the F/A-18E or J-15T) should have stronger ECM than aircraft with stronger defensive capabilities (like the Eurofighter or Rafale).
