The Chinese equivalent to the SU-30SM is something like the J-16 or J-11BG, not exactly the J-11B. It’s ridiculous how people overestimate the performance of Chinese vehicles which goes on to harm the nation in-game.

The way I see it, J-10B is comparable to EFT and Typhoon.
I don’t see it as being overpowered in comparison.
So I guess Gaijin ran out of time modeling it?

The J-16 may be the best Flanker variant and all evidence points to it but nothing is stopping Gaijin from implementing a Early J-16 with PL-8Bs and PL-12As. We can then receive a Late J-16 with the PL-15/17 and PL-10s.
And we have Su-30MKI
The SU-30MKK should’ve been added a while ago, I honestly have no interest in it anymore besides the SU-30MK2 which could come with PL-12s, PL-8Bs and the Kh-29TE.
I should also mention that the difference between the J-10B and J-10A shouldn’t be something major but a semi-minor upgrade equivalent to the difference between the Tor-M1 and HQ-17. We should honestly skip the J-10B and go straight to the J-10C in the near future and J-10B TVC sometime soon as a neat event vehicle.
We’re still yet to receive a high tier Chinese event vehicle for aviation

At the same time, I also play a ton of Chinese air, and I am kinda sad that at the very least, J-10B isn’t coming.
In a good way, I would be happy even that the j-10A will reduce air resistance. So the plane could have been good if it hadn’t been for this problem, which is not fixed by two updates

The same was said for the J-11A and most people expected it to be a nice addition, then reality hit and dread followed suit. The J-10B will at most receive the PL-8B as I don’t see it getting any newer ARH missiles outside of the PL-12 series of missile.

Same here, only issue is that vehicles like the J-10B TVC, F/A-18C and J-15 should’ve really been added this patch - the Kfir Block 60 as the winter aviation event vehicle is also absolutely diabolical, literally couldn’t ask for a better setup for the J-10B TVC.

I am talking about the J-10B? I’m using the J-11A as a reference on why we shouldn’t expect anything special lol. Whenever we receive something Gaijin manages to absolutely destroy all hope for it excluding vehicles like the Tor-M1.
That’s why I have near zero hope the J-10B will be anything special besides a folder worthy vehicle most people will skip. One of the best things this patch is probably the addition of 14.0 lmao.
That’s only if Gaijin was in charge of modeling it without our input.
J-10B should be a notable improvement.
J-10C is a massive improvement. But knowing Gaijin they’ll butcher it.
