Block 1 still can fire ARH, just which one. It is rumoured to be compatiable with ARAAM of F16s.

If I didn’t count incorrectly，the JF-17 should have 40 small caliber and 36 large caliber CM.
BLK 2 or BLK 3 can

I found more high-definition images from SDF, which gave me a more accurate guess of the CM quantity.
36 large caliber CM in upward launcher.
60 small caliber CM and 8 large caliber CM in downward launcher.
Total：44 large /60 small
Upward launcher
2x3x6 36 large caliber CM

can a bug report for the dual 250 racks on the jf17 not allowing the LS-6 250 to be mounted been made?
Which would allow 8x LS-6 250
It could in theory but we don’t have enough evidence to support that, DCS wouldn’t count but if you can find images then that would be great.
Btw it should be able to carry a LS-6 on the centerline pylon. I know this wont allow the player to carry a targeting pod but this loadout can be useful in air rb or sim.
Hello, reviving this thread to bring attention to an issue. The JF-17 Block I has rearward-facing MAWs sensors positioned right underneath the vertical stabilizer in real life. This is also present on the visual model ingame, however it serves no functionality. This is a feature that should be added and would function similarly to what is on the J-11A, just only in the rear hemisphere.
The model of the MAWs used could be S740 like on J-11A, or a derivative. Issue 6 of《舰载武器》, specifically page 49, also contains the following: “JF-17等战斗机上,而歼-11在升级时也已经配备了导弹逼近告”
This translates into the JF-17, and upgraded J-11s have already had MAWs system installed.
