Changes to the SP cost of CAS in GRB

Assuming this is mostly in relation to SIM which IIRC you main, I must say that I havent got chance to get into it properly myself yet, so im just gonna take your word for it.

Tanks are a legitimate counter, CAS is just a crutch in your example.

sometime I use M53/59 to shoot flank because it has a 90 pen belt and,like I said I don"t shoot planes Actively because sometimes I can’t see a plane faraway,so I have to say you are right because 90% time in a game i was searching for tank instead of aircraft

I have literally thr whole air tree researched and the highest benelux plane I bought is the spitfire. The ground additions are the same. I only have the squadron cv9035.

The usual suspects defending CAS just don’t get it.

They are so enamoured by the need to constantly be in the air that it clouds their vision. They just cannot imagine a world where tank players dont suffer as much.

As they say. One must imagine Sysiphus(Tankers) happy.

Better option: If y’all take up such an issue with planes having low impact, move the airfields closer.

Mim-72 outturns planes. Only option is to flare (it’s at 9.0 so most planes can’t) or to stay out of range, or in other words, be afk and make no contribution to the match.

Oh also, you said using Walleyes is braindead, but all SPAA has to do is move a few meters. The walleye won’t track unless it’s extremely close.

Meh not really. Having to pay extra for a vehicle that gets less kills does not sound great.

Stingers can lock and fire far outside Walleye lock range. All the SPAA needs to do is move a few meters.

I specified Gepard 1A2 for a reason.

Honestly, it’s pretty funny seeing CAS haters try to stay shame others, then have massive crashouts when someone else shows their significantly worse stats.

That’s not absurd at all. Tanks reach the battlefield in just a minute or often times less.

If my P-51C at rank 2 and 3.7 can maintain 586 km/h TAS for about 32 km without issue, then you have zero excuses to complain about runway distance. Just use your MEC and keep some minimal diving room.

If you played japan then maybe you’d get an excuse since those planes have like no speed even while undamaged. When full of holes, they can struggle to hit 450 in a dive without losing it the moment you level out.

It’s a bad change, regardless of the fact that I play mostly Russia and Germany (in ground at least).

Its a good change and lowers the frequency of CAS Mains.

Not to mention that many people suggested such a thing in order to balance the air.

A skilled Jumbo player can deal with opponents like the Tiger and Panther with ease. Though penetrating opponents can be difficult at first, it is still a tank worthy to pick up.

Not really. It’s a pretty bad change by itself.

Good or bad change is a matter of personal preference rn. Wait ubtill it’s implemented and we will see the effect it has.

We have a pretty good guess on the effects it’ll have, and without a similar nerf to SPAA, it’s simply a bad change.

Your title is distorting the facts. The fact is that first CAS can play a crucial role.

In fact, you can still strike twice, but one of them is to attack the enemy aircraft.

CAS is not the all of a fighter. I hope so-called “CAS players” can recognize this fact.

The problem is that second CAS spawn is increased price whilst SPAA receives no similar nerf.

Yes and those effects are beneficial to ground players since CAS cannot just jump into another cheap CAS plane just because they are not the same class.

So you would suggest implementing increasing SP costs for secondary SPAA spawn or what?
