Planes have a role to kill tanks, which can be done by tanks themselves.

The argument was that tanks also directly inpact how you approach the objective. Would a king tiger on an objective not react differently depending on if there was an enemy jumbo or not?

If there are enemy tanks near objectives your plan changes. As it should and thus tanks have a direct impact on how you approach the objective.

Not to mention, you could have an entire team of 5.7s against an entire team of 6.37s due to the way matchmaking works, and this isn’t uncommon either.

If the KT has no teammates sure, bring it on. You underestimate the 75 and the effect of the stabiliser the jumbo gets.

If I can kill KT in the 4.3 amx 13 and the 5.3 EBR I can sure as hell do it with the jumbo. They have the same gun afterall.
