Challenger2turret basket

They already did unfortunately.

Hellooo! I’ve made a very thorough essay regarding this issues on gaijinnet issues, please help support by upvoting!

No matter for parity or consistency, adding something that was never there in real life is just a complete joke. Why add something that actively nerfs a nation that was never in the spotlight with complete false information?

They already did.

Check Mk3-4’s.

so youre saying that the challenger 2’s floor doesnt rotate as the turret does?, because that is all that gaijin is claiming

the question of whether damage to that floor should stop turret traverse is something else entirely, but gaijin has made up their minds on that ig

It’s on the mk 1 and 2 as well.

The main issue I have with this change is that it has come with no other bug fixes of note. Especially adding the missing spall liners. It is rare to survive a hit anywhere that can pen, and if you did, you were probably very disabled. Now its just gotten worse. But there were no other fixes, no other buffs. Out of the entire list of things they could have chosen to fix on the Challenger 2. They picked the only thing that I am aware off that would actually nerf it. Like come on, Gaijin. Really?

Chally turret floor looking at the 12 o’clock position but pointed at the 5 o’clock position on the hull;

That rotating platform or anything from the turret attached to it gets damaged and the whole thing is going to not be able to traverse.

^This
Its annoying how people do no research and instantly submit a false bug report

The visual model and the damage model aren’t always the same, is the bottom part also part of the damage model?

VT5: first time?

I think so

Pfff, what are they gonna do? turn a card board into a PPF film ? /s

add the sources

I feel this is the biggest problem with the turret drives, like the abrams looks especially bad but its just the top, bottom, a battery on the bottom, and the hydraulic system, but the visual model is just so ambiguous
