İ guess im the only British player who doesnt have any issues with HESH.
Although i only use on light vehicles.
I turned a BMP2M transmission orange yesterday and ate a 1200mm atgm.
İ must be lucky then.
Cause every light vehicle i shot with HESH either crippled or died instantly.
Your doing a great job attempting to get years old issues fixed, respected !

Not gonna happen my friend i know the challenger DS is not even competent in uptiers neither in his tier while a LEO2A4 has no problem penetrating me i seem to lack the pen to reliable pen him sadly this will never happen :c
It has no mobility, no armor and its not a case of “no armor best armor” because you get hit anywhere you die and if you live you are crippled and can’t fight back. You dont have a good enough round to do anything and it has no spalling so its just suffering.

and they refuse to add the Good IFV, the only real IFVs british gets are the warrior and Ratels, and the warrior has a gun without a stab and a lower fire rate than a 2S38, and the Ratels are both terrible in manoeverability and survieability, and their firepower is questionable
the IFVs we could get that would do the job are the BR would be:
Stormer 30
Warrior 2 (Warrior CSP) (40mm Cannon, Similar to CV9040)
Warrior VERDI-2 (Warrior with a 40mm cannon and Starstreak missiles as seen on Stormer HVM)
Warrior 2000 (Swiss Warrior with a 30mm bushmaster and a better engine)
Desert Warrior (Kuwaiti Warrior with 25mm Bushmaster and TOW missiles)

iirc, although probably higher BR and not on your list, Ajax was accepted for consideration a couple of months ago.
Still hoping for this to get L26

It is a good point. We could get L27A1 at 10.0 and it still wouldn’t be close
its dodgy, but it does melt light vehicles if you hit on an area with a direct view to the crew compartment, gaijin forgets to model the High Explosive part of High Explosive Squash Head so it doenst really like to overpressure much, unlike HEAT

the problem that people still not believe is warthunder is not realistic game, gaijin is pushing this idea to make more money and this propaganda, since they’re pushing russian propaganda for years now, do not expect gaijin to make every tank in this game modeled right and balanced because you know who will not be happy to see their tanks easily killed (like irl) in warthunder, this comment might get deleted or replied by trolls who clearly been glazing gaijin for years.

I’ve never understood their logic for overpressure. HE overpressures more than HEAT, which overpressures more than HESH. Surely HEAT and HESH should be better than generic HE, because it’s a directed explosion?
50kg of TNT going off in a Maverick warhead next to you isn’t going to be a good day regardless of the warhead type. The fact that it is a HEAT projectile just means it’s a directed explosive though. An ERA plate designed to stop handheld RPGs is not going to stop a 50kg TNT HEAT warhead from obliterating the tank.

Britain just needs a good light tank, MTTD and Vik 11 and VFM5 are good but where are our things with autocannons? the like 6+ vehicles thet could be added at a higher BR, and no Rardens imo do not class as autocannons bagelpanzer and 2S38 have a high ROF on a 57mm and the Warrior being the only one with a Rarden can face the bagel in a match
