Challenger Ammo Storage - Missing Ammo?

I was inspecting the Challenger DS to see how much ammo i should take and i cant tell if im tripping or if there’s a bug here…

So, im currently carrying 14 rounds. 1 being in the chamber so 13 should be in the hull.
Im counting:

13 Shells which is correct.
11 Bag Charges which is incorrect, there should be 13.

4 in 1st stage storage bin which is correct.
7 in 2nd stage storage bin which is incorrect, there should be 9.

In total 13 charge bags ((4+9 = 13) excluding the 1 in the chamber) should be shown however only 11 ((4+7=11) Excluding the 1 in the chamber is shown)

In X-Ray mode in the hangar. It shows that the 2nd storage bin contains 9.

Am i tripping or am i right?

HESH round use charges that are half the size irl, they are modelled in game.

Right but i dont have hesh?

We do not have “dynamic” charges in game, so a certain amount of them is just simulating it.

Surely if they can put the full 13 in the hangar they can put it in game?
