No, laser warning ELAWS, the acoustic sensors on the Ajax are the little mesh domes on the hull.

I have a theory on why the CR3 TD is actually called TD. It does not stand for Technology Demonstrator but instead stands for Tank Destroyer, like a modern M10 Achilles. Who thinks my theory is fully correct and not sprouted by someone who is bored and sick of being repeatedly killed trying to spade a near stock tank?
I mean, whilst it doesn’t actually stand for Tank Destroyer, I am personally going to put it in the slot I reserve for tank destroyers in my lineup since I also kind of had this idea about the tank.

Yes, it has all the good qualities of TDs but it has more similarities with its base tank than most other TDs like the M10
Can u educate me, why is posting images of documents titled “uk restricted” or “restricted” allowed. Is this not classified restricted information. Whats the source to say this is public and not restricted?

Just because it says “restricted” that dosen’t mean it is still restricted, it just means it was at one time.
However, yes, people should make sure not to post potentially classified content

Presumably through the freedom of information act. Certain government documents (including military ones) are also subject to the “30 year rule” where after 30 years they are released to the public.
However, typically I just wouldn’t post anything which could potentially be classified unless it has been posted on the forums before and not removed by gaijin.

So are those panels addon composite or just weights?
They are likely inert for trials, but a lot of the articles on Ch3 talk about the Epsom armour as a modular system?
And given the recent emergence of low yield kamikaze drones having a modular system of composite or ERA panels that can be replaced by 1 or 2 people in the field rather than with a crane could be very benefiical. But thats just my speculation.
