Besh is more of a hindrance than a help seeing as like you say it causes darts to explode when loaded on the tank lol the hesh implementation doesn’t really work tbh lol
Oh its only purpose was to not get stock HEAT-FS haha, its not actually remotely useful at top tier.

HEY HEY HEY. Dont insult my BESH. You have no idea how many cover kills i had due to HESH ballistics not existing. I mean it. Roof hits from over 1000m in a top down trajectory did got me at least 20 kills. Also SPAA radars eat them for dinner (they die).

The only issue is whilst using the FV4002 and knowing irl it literally blew the turret off a another tank… In game you’ll get moments where it’ll just (hit) and your like… Wow… Guess I’m gunna die lol

I’m just as disappointed as the rest of you but i don’t think we will ever get the engine upgrade on the TES or the OES. I found this: ‘Megatron’ Challenger 2 Engine - a Freedom of Information request to British Army - WhatDoTheyKnow a few days ago and they responded more recently. Unless I’m a bit of a fool and this is a totally untrustworthy website it sounds like the Megatron never got a 1500hp upgrade, at least not the upgrade to the standard Challenger power pack.
Do you think its worthwhile asking for the name of the armor used in the lower plate brick on the TES, OES and 2F? Just to be clear I don’t want to ask for the composition of materials just if they use dorchester or a different composite. If we cant get a mobility improvement at least we can try put that extra weight to actual use.

I don’t mean to ask stupid questions but did you look at the source? It includes direct response from the British MOD. The reason I ask the second question is so we can provide a primary source to give to Gaijin and have it changed in game. Believe me I want both of these to be true but sources from Senator Armstrong aren’t gonna get us anywhere.

The question asks if it ever had the Challenger 2E’s MTU engine installed. It doesn’t ask if it ever tested a more powerful version of the CV12 engine.

The 2E was the export variant right? Maybe there was some proposal or something where the 2E could be sold with that engine or something

I think I got my engines mixed up I thought It was asking about an upgrade to the CV12. Even if its only a secondary source should we ask about the CV12 and the front brick armor? I haven’t found any sources for either other than hearsay.
