A whole ass 2 missiles on one of the worlds most effective, dangerous and capable planes ever.
They really do hate British kit (i know the typhoons not just British)
We ask for buffs for CR2 to make it competitive and then shock horror, they nerf it!?
They literally used the in game engine as a counter source to the British army man, that’s when i uninstalled the game.
Like it’s not as if CR2s are overperforming or anytning lol
Its why i bailed mate seriously.
Not just the UK,.arietes treated like.crap armour kit.proven to be under performing, not that its great any ways so no idea why they don’t model it.
Given dm53 arbitrarily when arietes have never used it.
Inly the CL314 or whatever it is.
Leclercs are just, sad, they’re propped up by the devoted french players but they don’t do great.
Leopard 2s now for germany are pointless, sweden has better ones as tbey randomly got DM53 as well, for no reason.
Cr2s well, we see that.
Cr1s are a joke too.now
Merkavas were fun for me but that was before this update and having a basket modelled will absolutely ruin them.
Chinese mbts still having holes cleam through their armour.
Etc etc etc etc etc etc
They just leave so much half done man and its 1 not fair to the reporters who work their arses off to makw accurate reports and 2 its ridiculous the sheer laziness from developers in many, many areas.
Only if you have micro transaction problems - they would answer at a timely manner.
They could make educated guess for Contakt/Relikt, KH38, LMUR and Pantsir 95Ya6 while leave the OTAN tanks at half-assed state
“Rusian Bias 2026” thread be like “Its your skill issues, bro”
That very much depends on the type of charge and the type of hit. The original glycol type pressurised charge bins were designed with two objectives:
Stop the charges from igniting if the bin is penetrated by a low velocity fragment.
Give the crew a brief window to escape the tank, before the ensuing fire, if it is penetrated by a high velocity fragment.
The APDS and HESH rounds used in Chieftain / Challenger used a propellant known as NQ, which was fairly stable and had a tendency to burn rather than detonate if the charge bin was penetrated. When the L23 APFSDS round entered service the propellant was switched to the higher performance AX type, which had a tendency to violently detonate if the charge bins were in any way penetrated.
It should be noted however that even an NQ charge was still always expected to destroy the tank if ignited, the only difference would be that the crew would have a chance to escape before being burned to death.
Once they realised that AX propellant would always detonate if penetrated in anyway they replaced the glycol charge bins with armoured charge bins, working to the theory that if the charge would always detonate when penetrated then the only counter was to reduce the risk of the charge being penetrated. The later CHARM 1 & CHARM 3 APFSDS rounds used a less vulnerable propellant known as DX, which was still liable to detonate if penetrated in a high energy manner, but burn more like NQ otherwise.
Ultimately though regardless of whether the charge burns or detonates it seems the tank was expected to be destroyed (either by fire or explosion).
it’s so damn annoying now, it gets crippled far too easily
Meanwhile shooting the T-80s its a 50/50 chance you fire into the lower hull, the dart goes through the fuel tank, through the autoloader, out the back of the tank… and the turret still turns to fire back at you, they’ll fire straight at your gun or worse
Probably been my biggest shock of the update has been seeing all the good players returning to play their Abrams
I can see why people say its the best tank in the game, seems to be every match there is an Abrams player, wether that be in the brand new 12.7 or even the click-bait just moping up the entire match
11.7-12.3 is still a dumpster fire due to how dominant RU CAS is - but last night I put the Typhoon on at 13.0 - I wasn’t bothered by RU CAS at all, mainly due to the fact there are better NATO fighters and Air defenses in those matches
The Premium SU-30 is criminally under BR’d IMO, especially now it has ARMs
You noticed how Russian tanks also do not pop their turrets as much especially the high tier ones. they explode but the turret doesn’t fly into the air.
Ooh careful while the community managers do not give a crap they the censors are out.
Idk if DX stands for something but the docs we have say CHARM 3 would use Rowanite 307
And whats the point in all this if the HESH shell itself isnt stored in armoured bins and is just scattered around the hull of the tank, so regardless of charge bins, the HESH shell itself will detonate.
I’ve had multiple comments of mine removed talking about the Russian tanks missing their turret baskets specially when comparing them to other vehicles, stating that Russia are given preferential treatment. Abrams, Leopard, Leclerc, Type 10, and even the Challenger 2’s got turret baskets, historically or ahistorically, and yet Russia still don’t have theirs.
eg.1
eg.2
Yes its a model, but AFAIK it’s accurate. It shows that the autoloader and turret basket can be and are seperate.
But for the sake of staying on topic, lest this gets flagged ASWELL. - Why does challenger 2 get an ahistorical turret basket, yet this isn’t added yet?
