ill be able to get some photos of a CR2 prototype this weekend if they’ll be helpful for anyone. dummy gun, single pin tracks, and plates over the rear and engine deck as it was also used to trial Omani adaptations.
Has anyone made a bug report on this yet? I don’t remember seeing one

if you guys look at the bug report made about the fox, where the turret traverse was nerfed because some tovarish didnt believe, i find youl know everything you need about bug reports in this game.
There’s no point in talking about it… the moderator, after appearing and being confronted with statements he couldn’t respond to because he was clearly wrong, ran away and stopped responding. They have everything they need to balance Great Britain. They just don’t want to. It’s getting really frustrating to be the only one playing English tanks for 10-12 games in a row. You could even bring the challenger to their house and they’d tell you they don’t know if you’d rigged it. The only thing they hear is a good boycott like the one a few years ago…
Incompetence, lies, greed happens in all MIC heavy countries. How else do you think money flows through those types of systems? I wouldn’t assume everything is 100% true, or maximum efficiency with 0 faults regardless of nation. At the end of the day they are here to much on tax dollars. You have to keep that in mind. It isn’t WW2 where we have massive company diversity. Everything nowadays was a general is more monopolistic.
The Merkava turret is objectively weaker at oblique angles, and side off shots. Thing is the core of the body of the turret is smaller than the massive structure making more of it inert. And most people hit the inert areas. Also because not many people play it the one shot spots aren’t as clear as they are on the Chally 2. But generally the Chally 2 unfortunately has the stronger turret. Even if they pen your side turret armor on it they will likely hit inert ammo. Unless you’re turned substantially away. Whereas in the Merkava you blow up.

Dutch have just agreed to buy 2A8s so that’s the end of Leclerc. Something something Russia cannot be seen to be weak. And we are all suffering because of it.
They don’t believe CHARM 3 can penetrate the T-80 because they don’t believe CHARM 3 can penetrate the T80… aint that phenomenal.
Doesnt surprise me. I do think we are getting to a point now where we all walk away from this game.
The developers do not care about “realism” or balance and are too interested in preserving Russias global image. Next update is going to be worse, sure we have an M1 coming but the CR2 which we will use to grind out the M1 is going to be so heavily nerfed.
MITL for LMURS and Kh-38s while we still cannot kill them with none Saclos SAMS. Sure HARMS will be a novel addition but that wont save the game.
The Kh38 didnt have MITL on the dev…
Its funny how when they use made up statistics, the real values cant do the job. Yet they use the made up statistics to say it cant do the job.
-Gaijin: “OUR values on the T80 say your round cant get through its turret” -
-Us: but real life and documentation says it can.
-Gaijin: “right, but our armour values in game say it cant so, its not happening.”
-Us: maybe your armour values are wrong then?
-Gaijin: “no, they aren’t, because we know better.”
-Us: prove to us the armour values for the T80 are correct then.
-Gaijin: crickets
Fair I had read it had some form.
This will still be problematic
This has nothing to do with the bug reporting team. This was a developer review and decision.
What I find particularly concerning is that no action appears to have been taken regarding the clearly visible issue with the Challenger 2’s upper add-on armour on the hull UFP, even though this is a part that is obvious to anyone looking at the vehicle. The model also has welding lines that do not align properly.
In addition, not only the splash guards around the front lights, but also the internal spall protection plates, the meteorological mast sensor, and the additional side armour attached to the hull — I am not referring to TES or OES armour here — are clearly visible in photographs. However, there does not seem to be any visible effort to investigate, add, or correct these details.
Furthermore, the mass of the L27A1 APFSDS round has also not been corrected for a long time, despite there being clear information available.
As the company has stated, I can understand that there may be ongoing debate over areas where reliable information is difficult to obtain, such as the protection values of composite armour or the penetration performance of ammunition. However, it is disappointing that even clearly identifiable differences between the in-game vehicle and the real vehicle — differences that anyone can recognize visually — have still not been addressed.
If this had only been delayed for a short period, I would not have any complaints, and I fully understand that the development team is busy. However, this delay has continued for years, which is why I find the situation frustrating.
Bug reporting managers reviewed the report ,accepted it then needed more information were given all the declassified information on the test and then accepted it and now it has been rejected again.
If it is the developers then they need to just be clear. Instead of making these kind of statements.
The outcome has nothing to do with the BRMs.
It was clear:
