I don’t know about gun shake, but I have been noticing when using NVD and LRF that my shot doesn’t always line up properly. I was completely stationary, LRF the target and hit the track, put on my NVD for a better view at the LFP shot, used my LRF again and the shot fell very short.
Repeatedly getting shots falling short when using LRF in NVD.
Question. Since not that long ago the M1A2 SEP v2 got an LWS and ROSY, can this not be bug reported for the Challenger 2 as it can also have it or would it be passed as a suggestion? I know @CHARM_3 already has a suggestion for it as a modification but would this just get ignored by Gaijin?
The bug reporting manager has better direct access with things like this than the forums, the forums are completely ignored and are only for the community to talk, they said this themselves
The meteo sensor mast still isn’t up on any of them ahah, I hope they add these however I dunno if they will considering something as simple as the meteo sensor not being up hasn’t been fixed.
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but whenever I look at Challenger 2 models in games, the hull always appears noticeably taller compared to real-life photos. After checking multiple reference images, especially from side views, I get a strong impression that the in-game models have a higher hull than the real vehicle. Because of this, the tank ends up looking rather tall and awkward.
Am I mistaken, or is this a valid observation? When you look at details like the distance between the side skirts and the road wheels, the in-game representation feels quite different from the real thing.
I could swear I recall something about peacetime vs wartime settings for the Challenger 2 suspension being discussed somewhere. In peacetime its raised for better driver visibility or something. This could entirely be me remembering something for an entirely different vehicle though.
Notice more than a few times that the automatic camo selection thing fails horribly on the Challenger 2 more often than not. Its like it just picks randomly
