I mean, I can confirm that we wore body armour in CR2. In about 2018 we ditched the crewguard helmets and switched to the Virtus helmets and over-helmet headsets instead of the crewguard-compatible ones.
if we cant get spall liners on the challenger 1’s and challenger 3 we can always fall back on asking for this, i doubt they will add it to the challenger 2 because we already have liners
Just watching a vid about the CR2.
Albeit not a documentary, just something made by an enthusiast, it mentions the CR2 has an early warning system for missiles (MAWS?)

The chally in the second link looks cursed.
Apart from anything else going back to the Castlemartin report it makes specific reference to the loader removing ECBA, (Enhanced Combat Body Armour) which is supposed to protect the crew against fragments and small arms projectiles.

We wore ECBA with plates when I went to Canada in 2016.
EDIT: I tell a lie, it was the older tank vests! The ECBA was worn on tank ranges.

The Medusa is a old project, from 2019 and before the 2019 LEP was shown to public, with it tuning into Cr3 somewhere in 2020 and getting trophy mockup in 2021.
