I’d just like to quickly share my thoughts on the CBT Infantry selection process. I’m fully aware that I’m not the only one and that it’s done by random draw. However, I still find it somewhat “unfair” that even with years of regular activity in the game (not to mention the financial investment, which is another story), I still haven’t been selected for the second time.
Infantry is a crucial step for the future of War Thunder, and seeing the game evolve this way is really cool. But being left out during these testing phases feels very disheartening.
As I said, I’m aware of how it all works, and I sincerely congratulate everyone who received the invitation. I’m not asking to be added in any way — I’ll just wait for my luck in the next wave.
That being said, I think it’s okay to politely and concisely share my frustration. I wish you all good games, and good luck to Gaijin with running the event.

Almost certain it’s based on your weekly/ monthly play time. Last CBT I didn’t get in but was also not playing more than 2 hours a week. Now I’m playing closer to 10 and got in 2 hours ago lol.
I applied before the forum post came up (someone found it), my application didn’t go through until I did it a bunch. Check your account for CBT Application in the purchase history ( @O_Warrior0 too)
definitely not, ive barely been playing this month (20h in the last two weeks). around the first CBT I was on everyday for hours (60-80h last two weeks), and i got into CBT #2

Yes, but probably instead of “Better luck next time”, we use "We appreciate your interest in the CBT, though you were not among those selected for this initial wave."Something like this will be certainly nice and understandable.
The whole point of a Gaijin Partner / CC is that they promote everything Gaijin does with their content- which includes Infantry. Thats like, the whole point of being a CC that partners with Gaijin.
Thats like wondering why staff have access to the CBT, its literally their job.
How it will change the initial hype because you got CBT email?
I understand, that you are simply disappointed, that you did not get the invitation yet, but please, stop making strange scenarios.
