CAS problem

To be honest, I get tired of the dogpiling and the mockery, for the sake of statchecking and continuing the argument against the person rather than the actual discussion of the points raised…

That’s how this always ends up because of that select few…

Just look at Motorola now putting up a page of why my suggestions won’t get put in, yet they’re putting forth something that’s been put forth for 6 years now, without change…

Telling me, suggestions that we’ve made as counters to this want for a special mode, and the continuing back and forth telling everyone that ONLY this special mode and labeling are acceptable, that MY suggestions, WON’T be brought in because ‘gaijin’…

It’s just projecting and literal gatekeeping…

Solve it…

I’m tired of commenting in threads and having these select few dogpiling and making out that it’s my fault for even commenting… It’s just deminishing to discussion, no matter how much ULQ and these guys even say they’re discussing anything, as they aren’t, they are trying for an echo chamber and constantly berating anyone who dares to mention any other option.

I don’t want PMs, I don’t want any sort of ‘It’s both sides’ nonsense… I’m not wrong for making the comments, I’m not wrong for holding the opinion. My stats have nothing to do with this, and my advice isn’t limited to merely being low teir… The gatekeeping and echo chambers need to be stopped.

This is an example of the silliness that comes from this sort of thing… I don’t align with what’s demanded, so I MUST be defending Gaijin…

What’s the developers got to do with this thread, as the issue I see is a player one. Not every issue that you find is up to be ‘fixed’ or the ‘fault’ of the developers… Not every response you get is ‘defending’ the developers…

I’d just appreciate it if people would actually get past their death in a PvP game, where something is a part of the game.

It doesn’t need to change, just because you died to it… There can be actual solutions put forth other than the time-old ‘tank only’ peddling that’s done by a certain few…

Maybe you need to be a bit more aware of the room rather than just saying we’re shills for not agreeing with you.

If you’ve got a suggestion to make, then make it… Additions are the way forward, not hand-holding and segregation to aid the afflicted.

It’s not that hard to figure out an SPAA to add, or another system to actually make the planes not want to bomb you… It’s not that hard to be honest.

Tactics vary a lot from low to high tier. You also need to play the tier in order to get a feel for it.

In many ways they don’t.

Considering how in higher tiers you have more CAS types to deal with and also that CAS becomes totally silent and barely visible since they operate from much longer ranges, I’d say low tier gameplay is much more different than top tier one, especially in how CAS interacts with ground units.

I’m not trying to stop you from doing anything, I’m telling you how your advice/opinion simply doesn’t work in the game.
Your advices on how to fix the problem also simply aren’t good enough if they’ll take years to implement fully, which is a fair amount of time when looking at Gaijin’s track record.

The worst thing about this whole advice that you put out is that it’s pointless to even try and that makes people NOT try…

This is the commonality on all the put-outs that are put out about CAS… The old ‘Just spawn a plane’ using up all the SP so the second you get got, you can’t spawn and can’t do anything more… Where if you’d spawned SPAA, used artillery and tried to get something, you’d still be able to spawn a plane.

That’s the dumbest part about this urge to follow the advice of the few who dismiss anything else…

You need to realize that if your AA is easily outranged by CAS, spawning it won’t change that situation at all and now you’re stuck in a vehicle that can’t really challenge tanks optimally. It’s basically a lose-lose situation.

You spawn AA to counter air. If your vehicle can’t do that then it’s by far the worst thing you can spawn, of course if you aren’t totally out of SP.
