So it makes sense that you guys are never gonna get RCAF CL-13 Mk. 6 with 9B even if Gaijin let you guys steal it.
Their standards are not firm.
But well… if we think about ‘that’ F-5C which is equipped with Taiwanese countermeasure pods due to ‘technically comparbility’, you guys maybe has chance to get 9B on CL-13 Mk.6 though.

we have SRAAM on a gr1 harrier and hunter for that reason. its done a lot.
oh and the premium AV8s at 9.7 in the US and jpn trees have a CM pod from “technical compatibility” too. meanwhile the GR1 isnt allowed a CM box despite being the same level of technically yes but really no

I highly doubt the average Canadian cares and with how much smaller of a population you got it wouldn’t hurt Gaijin in any way even if Canadian players did leave.

When there is equipment that nation A didn’t equip in Vehicle A
But nation B used it.
Nation A almost always gets that equipment on Arsenal because ‘technically it can, because Nation B proved’

Considering every time Canada in the US was brought up and hit with Canadian’s piling on with hard nos before current events, it is only that much more now.
Canada, not being part of the US, is a founding part of the nation’s identity. It’s why the support ideas are: UK sub-tree, CAN-ANZAC tree, pure Canadian tree.

the average canadians national identity is majorly based upon not being part of the united states so thats quite culturally insensitive to say.
gaijin LOVES money, they are less likley to do something that hurts revenue streams even if they are more niche, they still update naval after all,
saw quite a few singers leave when gaijin said they were going to put them with china so while some will whine and keep playing, plenty will still leave.
keep them happy (so away from you americans) and they will usually spend more.

I mean if Taiwan is going to be with the PRC china it makes sense for their Abrams to be there.
A large amount of the anger was because of the extremely racist uproar from chinese players over a chinese tank possibly going in the japan tree, despite their tree having zero 100% native designs within it.
It showed a double standard as gaijin bends the knee to china but not other nations concerns anywhere near as easy
