so you don’t have those replays, right
nah man it doesn’t work like that. You claim something is wrong with status quo and that the nerf is needed - you provide proof and reasoning, and you reason with any counterarguments. Right now you only showed me few guys doing good in a ship and you claim you cannot hurt the ship when I have no problem dealing damage to it.
Two more from today. I again note that they ran rampant, crushing enemy opposition in the first match without a single death, defeating so many enemy destroyers that we basically had nothing else to do- I was in third place with 1 kill, and no one else on the team had more than that. Second match, fewer kills, but I went toe to toe with the SKR7 over three lives. My Ikazuchi slathered it in 3in AP from the game start, hitting turrets, bridge, hull, etc, and did almost no crew damage (dropped from 93% to 83%) and not even knocking turrets out with repeated 3in AP salvo hits. It then retreated behind an island and I turned off to better things. Next life, Syonan, was pounding the SKR7 with HE, shells that would normally one or two shot any lesser small gunboats like the MPK line. Did absolutely nothing to it, and I died to it. Next life, B6N2, it shot me down right out of spawn. Next life, Chikugo, I was engaging it as it spawncamped and finally put it down after a wellington bombed it to bring it down to ~20% crew, an S100 put two torpedos into it, and I slathered it in more 3in gunfire. It still was in 1st place on their team.
I have, again, yet to ever see an SKR7 do poorly in a match, in my years of playing naval. I will continue to post every match I see an SKR7 in. I look forward to all those matches they should be doing poorly in, since these people are OBVIOUSLY outliers to the average SKR7 player, eh?

Oh look another stat table and 3.3 story. I was asking for too much when I wanted reasoning and proof to back up claims lol
You literally don’t have a leg to stand on and keep just making excuses. F*** off and let the adults talk.
Welp, you got called out claiming stuff with no proof and you cannot compare the skr7 to a single ship despite claiming it has no place in game because it is that strong, so now you resort to slurs… real classy.
lol and that … you kept flexing about your stats so I took a look and they are looking very mid.
Below 2:1 on hipper and every german cruiser and destroyer, also on gering which is unbelivable
Barely above 1:1 on attillo and etna which makes me personally sad
mitscher is the single 3:1, rest of destroyers above 1:1 maybe some 1,5:1
So this was one big lie, that nobody really asked you to tell but you thought it will help you win the argument, too bad your stats are public and so is your clowning :)
Claiming Ikazuchi (3.3) and Syonan (3.3) should not have struggled to kill a SKR-7 (4.3)…!..thats exactly what should happen when there’s a full 1.0 BR uptier.
You expect your 3.3s to be magical killers but earlier refused to believe that 4.7 DDs could even scratch it with the odd line where to posted - “literally stating that that frigate is NOT vulnerable, at all, to those destroyers”.
Its worrying when you take the two cases together and the inference is that Izakuchi and Syonan should be BR5.0 as they are clearly superior to Gearing, Tashenk, Daring etc.
Took a while to find it on a different forum but here’s some proof that the SKR is far from invulnerable. Once you know how to balance your strong points vs their weaknesses killing them is absolutely possible using lower BR vessels.
To summerise my Vega (3.7) downed 1x MB175T (3.0) as well as sinking 1x Alywin (4.0) and no less than 4x SKR-7 (4.3) finally succumbing mere seconds before the bell rang.
No one has ever said they are easy to kill, but experience and luck can carry you much further than expecting it delivered on a gold platter! And it’s certainly better than having a hissy fit and not taking advice when it’s offered.

lmao, I am not flexing in the slightest. You’re the one who keeps bringing up skill issue and telling people that they just suck at the game. I was purely pointing out that no, I don’t suck. I’m not some amazeballs player, and never claimed to be.
Random cherry picking doesn’t disown or disprove what can be showcased. The SKR7 consistently bats well above its position. Claiming “Well 3.3 shouldn’t be able to face it” is ridiculous, considering in naval, BR doesn’t really mean what it does in Air or Ground. Lots of ships fulfill specific roles and can outclass other ships far above their BR with smart and aggressive usage. The SKR, however, consistently proves extremely tought to kill even for similar or larger opponents, and routinely is on top of the scoreboards. It does not end up on top of the scoreboards through accident. Every. Single. Game. In which I am with an SKR7, it is in the top three places- usually first.
I do not believe the Ikazuchi or Syonan should be BR50. I don’t even believe the SKR7 should be 5.0. I believe that the damage model and guns on it are broken/overpowered. As well, 3.3, 4.3, 1.0, does not matter. 76mm AP is still 76mm AP whether it’s coming out of a light sub chaser or the AA guns on a battleship. It still is a 3in gun capable of messing up gunboats, of which the SKR series is.
Also, I dump ships once I spade them. I haven’t played the Hipper in…literally years.
i looked at one other player who was using the skr7 … completely random and the only one i looked at
skr7 deaths 704 … skr kills 5,729
dont try and bs me that it is not op
facts say clearly it is
now we look up LeonDasPro
who is swearing it is not op
his skr7 deaths 298 … his skr7 kills 1,522
just as selfish for wanting it kept as the other selfish liar … only difference is he is much better at playing it … as is my other example

You flexed specific numbers and it turned out you were lying. It is no shame to be mid player but it is to be a bad liar :)
It is rather suprising its not 4.7 yet. Especially pre nerf it should have been bumped almost immediately to 4.7 as far as im concerned.
Post-nerf it should probably still be bumped, it just doesn’t have the sustain anymore to trash multiple destroyers at the same time.

Post nerf it is weaker than 4.7 destroyers and some 4.3 ones. It is fine where it is.
Basic srats don’t always tell the full story though do they? Maybe read below the headline before pointing fingers and making false claims.
I have used the SKR-7 from before the multiple nerfs when it could fire indefinitely and absorb insane damage. If you think they are powerful now you should have seen the a year or two ago.
Also if you had bothered to check you would see almost all my ships and boats have a positive k/d and I don’t rely on SKR ls to boost stats.
…eg USS Gearing 446/79 (5.6), (and Frank Knox is insane at 9. 3!),
The less than impressive IJN Momi 245/114 (2.1)
IJN Izakuchi that apparently is now useless 252/72 (3.5),
Russias very middling Opynty 210/67 (3.1)
Even the absolute worst Bluewater in the game HMS Churchill has 57/50 (1.1) and I had to play that when it was the British reserve.
Virtually all my Italian fleet is kd of 1+ and this is universally accepted as the worst tree in the game due to the reliance of heavy but slow firing guns (the outlier is RN Etna which at 4.7 is in the worst place for spading for these types of ship!)
My average relative position across nearly 15k missions is 75% month/70% playtime. I have earned those number on the SKR through work and experience, too often in uptiers, and don’t rely on stat padding of wrecking 3.3 coastals.
So yeah, bitch and moan but picking 1 stat out of a total 236 isn’t exactly deep research.
Full kd breakdown of my Russian 4.3s that use Bluewater spawns…
Moskva - 1.6
Soobrazitelny - 1.6
Bezuprechny - 3.3 (spaded when SKR were really nasty!)
Smelyi - 4.6
SKR-1 - 4.8
SKR-7 - 5.8
So yes the SKRs are good, but as explained previously I have put in the time and effort against mosty uptiers and don’t merely run and raid coastal spawns for easy stat padding. If the SKRs need to go up then so do the Pr30s yet no one asks for that do they?
I mean they probably wont ever move it given they didnt pre-nerf. I still think ut should be bumped up. It only really went from extremely oppressive to DDs to being capable of soloing any ship that doesn’t have good turret armor and still having good crowd control.

It hardly solos anybody on range. 76mm guns have low dmg output and can only effecively destroy on board unarmored equipment. You have better 76s as secondaries on mitcher and geniere. After emptying the ready rack skr becomes near useless while destroyers can fire all round with no limitations. Also dmg model of skr is very vulnerable with all major components being close to each other. If destroyer starts the fight first it is likely skr will lose turret engine and bridge in one salvo.
