I just unlocked a plane by playing a game, after it unlocked there about 4000rp left, I instead choose the next plane I want research, I check the plane’s load out, after that I play another game. But after the second game I checked the battle result I got no rp earned.
and no rp go into the next as well.
I am assuming it an Bug.
Try changing research to another plane, doing a match again, then after that match concludes go back to researching the vehicle you want to.
You mean the plane I try to research or the plane play in battle?
Change the research. My bad, I thought that was specified. Should’ve proof-read my post better. XD
I tried switch to a different plane and I played two games for testing. Only the rp from these two game go into the plane research. The old 4000rp left and rp from that game I guess around 15000rp in total of almost 20000 rp are just gone.
If you have not tried restarting the game already, do that and re check.
If the missing RP is not back, you should/need to make a bug report. There was a long term bug similar to your issue that was supposed to have been fixed in the last weeks/months. Can’t remember which update it was, but this is not supposed to be happening anymore.

Obviously, be as detailed as possible, which platform you are on etc etc. Make sure to include the screenshots you posted here, and any other screens you might have taken that help show the issue.
Furthermore, you might want to make a copy of your .clog files before you play more games, and you might just go ahead and add the .clog files to your bug report now as they will probably ask for them, and they might help the devs find the source of this issue.

Again, I would suggest COPYING the .clog files to something like a folder on your desktop so that they do not change any further while you are making your bug report.

I did that even before I made this post, well, obviously not work.
I can try. I even made another bug report few days ago, about the game auto change my custom load out back to default load out after I do a test fly then join the air RB. Example I test fly with my F-18C late in test fly with 9Ms and 120Cs, then join a air RB, at this time before I spawned in the match it still the same weaponry, but after the plane spawned in, it change to default which are just 2 aim-9+2 120 and fuel tank. And this happened on me more than 5 times in 1~2 months.
