BVR sized maps should have a minimum BR of 12.7 in ARB

I believe that toptier BVR sized maps should have a minimum BR of 12.7. There’s no reason that gunfighters, and things like A-10 should be put in BVR size maps.

On the other hand small maps like small Afghanistan and small Spain have no business being at 12.7+.

In smaller maps slow and less maneuverable jets like the A10 isnt even going to get the chance to destroy AI targets.
