Bushes in tournaments

so, yes or no, is it ok for premium tanks to be better then tt tanks?

  1. I cant do that, the Forum Moderators can, i can only flag them.

  2. This game is 12+ and the rules are set thereafter.

No comment. I don’t want to get into that discussion, i was merely correcting your initial statements.

  1. daym then a mod must actively be watching us

“The Service(s) are NOT offered to Users under 18 or those who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction” (source)

18+ to create an account, any age with parental consent, 12+ rated. I promise you, the game is rated 12+ (i think 13+ in the USA but not sure there).

““Service(s)” refers to any digital products or offerings provided by Gaijin, including but not limited to Website(s), Game(s), mobile applications, software, online platforms and other services such as the Gaijin Store and Gaijin Marketplace

“The Service(s) are NOT offered to Users under 18 or those who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction”

so gaijin says the Game is not offered to users under 18. Third party company like fsk said the game is ok for people 12+, but gaijin itself says they only allow 18+ people or people whos parents consented

Insanely out of touch

so it is not only to “create an account” but also to play, buy, trade, etc

“i can buy every premium in the game for free by trading on the marketplace so it is not p2w” ahh argument lel

So 18+ to be legally allowed to sign the documents and agree to it’s terms. Something a guardian can do for their child and then let their child play. There is nothing stopping children from playing this game, the rules are designed with the 12+ rating in mind.

The 12+ rating is listed on the main war thunder website at the bottom right, it is listed in the client launcher at the bottom center and it is listed in the steam store page on the right hand side a bit down.

Exactly the same… except for these differences…

I do not believe that premiums are p2w btw. A lot of them are quite bad. There are some good and even some OP ones but not every premium is p2w.

However bushes are quite p2w since the main way of obtaining them is GE. Sure you can get GE “for free” and I think you can even get bushes for free some way. However for how much of an advantage they give it’s absolutely insane to tell someone to grind 6 battle passes (year and a half btw) just to get similar bushes to what someone spending real money can get in a minute.

““Service(s)” refers to […] Game(s)[…] "

“The Service(s) are NOT offered to Users under 18 […] (or) consent of a parent or legal guardian”

So NO this also includes playing the game, not only account creation

i fully agree, but lets be honest, no one plays the ones that are either not op or not top tier.

But some like the 2s38, kv1e, turm 3, etc just run the meta.

Also OF-40 for example is literal the meta in CW for 2 br steps so some are just the best tank at the br

I don’t understand what you are trying to point out, children can play this game if they have parental consent. The game is rated 12+ and the rules are set for 12+ . That’s all that is relevant to your point on:

As the language usage is regulated by the rules that are designed for a 12+ audience.

True. I am much less likely to buy a premium if it’s not really good (read “OP” if you want) or if it can’t grind a whole tree I want. A few exceptions here and there for cool vehicles or SL grinders though.

again no, the game is rated 12+ by a third party but gajin says itself it is 18+.
If a parent gives permission to play they accept the fact that their child will see 18+ content.

A rating by a third party means literally nothing besides a label u can sell it with.

Also lets not forget the collaboration with Efa Elvie… very 12+

Guys ya’ll might be getting a bit off topic

true but if we get back to topic i am talking against a brick wall

“it is not p2w as u can technically get them for free”
