In the ToS, that we signed btw, we agreed to the term that it is 18+. So again that literly is a lable that means nothing. The contract says:
“The (Games) are NOT offered to Users under 18 or […]”
Or are you, as a moderator for gaijin, saying that that term is void?
The age RATING, says what the game is suitable for. The ToS actually dictate who is allowed to play. The age rating is not binding to a player
You’re just straight wrong, the game is not rated 18+. I will not be discussing that point any further, the rules are designed for the 12+ rating and your language should be appropriate and in accordance with the rules. Having to be 18 to sign the document has nothing to do with how the rules around language are designed. I’d honestly be surprised if you manage to find a ToS for any game that doesn’t have the same kind of disparity between age for signing documents and age rating.

No, under 18 need parental consent. But the language usage that is to be expected is not 18+ but rather 12+ .

That’s not how that works, when you say “18+” you are referring to the rating, that is what the “+” means.
Would you call any Barbie game 18+? Because their ToS also have 18 year limit for creating accounts unless they have parental consent. Again, i would be VERY surprised if you find any ToS that lets underage children sign legal documents without parental consent.
I mean they are a bitch to deal with, but generally you can still sense where the centre of their turret is despite the bushes, aiming a little below that approximation will often be the desired breach/turret ring shot, idk it’s instinctive for me

that is true but most ToS dont say, unlike wt, that you need to be 18+ to also play the game
fair, it is also for me normally but with such a tight peak it was to risky for me imo.

When talking about any media saying 18+ it is implied that you mean the rating, not the age of legal consent to sign documents.
Then you will likely be very missunderstood in the future.

Yes that’s lovely and all, and I for one use them like crazy BUT… if we’re talking tournament… OP has a very good point. They shouldn’t be allowed in tournaments. Tournaments should be as “clean” as possible. Even non bush cosmetic objects shouldn’t be allowed in my opinion but I’ll settle on just bushes being disallowed…
