Bug report that has been in the game for 1 year

Day 49 reporting the bug on the Thrustmaster Hotas joystick that is present on Xbox and I have been reporting for 1 year on the gaijin platform
PD: This initiative of mine comes from the comments on the War Thunder page on Facebook, I will also carry out this personal campaign in the comments on Tik tok, This is until it is heard and the error that prevents me from just logging into my Xbox and loading my controls from the expensive joystick I bought is fixed to simply play flight simulator, This after arriving from my job

If you notice grammatical errors it is because I speak Spanish, I must report this in English on all platforms because gaijin support, Forum moderators and the bug report page filter and ignore reports and comments in my language., the error is basically in the scheme made by the company, the game on Xbox has 2 schemes for the Thrustmaster joystick, one is for the pure joystick and the other for joystick and pedals , the thing is that the template with the pedals diagram has an error…


This bug basically causes that when you log in, save your custom schema or load it, it generates and switches to a completely incompatible schema, Which means that every time you want to play the simulator with this joystick you find yourself in the need to configure and customize it with the template without pedals, Although it is saved and loaded again, the template with the pedal scheme is automatically loaded and therefore the error remains.It’s been 1 year since this error appeared, I uninstalled the game, literally switched from Xbox One S to Xbox series X and the problem persisted to this day, I hope Gaijin Support will stop doing nothing for 5 minutes and spend those 5 minutes reviewing and fixing that error.Although we all know that they will probably only read this, they will tell me to be patient or that they have a lot of work, which does not seem like it since the game remains the same, full of errors.

We must carry out another event similar to the one that happened in May 2023 because gaijin is once again neglecting errors to give priority to premium packages and Tryhards players without life.
