Ajax IFV
Blackjax is the normal Ajax with an APS and more gun elevation for antidrone work.
yeah i get confused with the variants tbf
Just makes me think… If that’s what it’s done to a chieftain… Imagine what its done to things like the xm800 and wiesels lol
Its made the type 10 literally unable to lose speed, its acceleration also feels alot better. The thing will be a go cart if its added. Makes me wonder what the scimitar will be like if it gets these changes.
i had tested onthe old Regen steering, and its very good
Likely not as much as you’d think, they’d lose little speed when manuvering anyway just due to their hp/t
about time to add real mobility, especially cross country, because all tanks over perform ridiculously in that department
Looks like I’ll be spending the evening testing all the favourites lol
I honestly think this will put gaijin in abit of a position to redesign alot of the maps because at this rate you’ll be getting spawn camped in half the time seeing as the terrain no long hinders people’s ability to cross the map quickly with most vehicles.
especialll when they’re adding maps like darwin hill to top tier
Totally doesnt already happen lol. I think its long due to have top tier ground solely have maps like red desert, pradesh and sands of sinai be the only ones in rotation. Top tier should have nothing to do with maps like seversk or sun city.
Yeh it already happens but gaijin has essentially fitted more vehicles with an NO2 bottle thanks to the mobility changes so it’s going to be worse overall and happen even faster. (signal was terrible)
Not sure what happened here
This is a 2000lb rocket assisted bomb making a direct hit and yet did not result in a knock-out
Looks like the average pgm direct hit.
I think you hit its era therefore doing no damage.
Thats actually funny
a small block of ERA prevented a literal bomb from splitting open the tank
It seems that judging by the stat cards the PGM behaves more like a shaped charge rather than a bomb…
Then again there’s the old saying that you shouldn’t really trust stat cards…
Nah, any he round or bomb hitting era does that. Hence why you see so many mavs/ir bombs just get track and barrel on russian tanks so often.
I just looked at the footage again frame by frame, I think it made contact on the barrel rather than the ERAs
Otherwise, I just find it unusual since this rarely happens to me with PGMs or bombs
Somehow the barrel absorbed almost all of the shrapnel and the explosive shockwave associated with the bomb, it’s comical
Don’t worry. Happen all the time
So I was reading an article on what Germany Airbus thinking is regarding 6th gen fighter programs. Most of it is boring, but in the article he made a comment remarking the GCAP fighter as having a very large MTOW of around 60 tons, “more like a bomber (his own words)”. Is there any truth to this? Or maybe I’m reading it wrong.
Armaments: Airbus urges “fair share” of new fighter jet for Germany
Spoiler

Interesting, I think they are including the B-21 as 6th gen to make it 3 jets
What’s the 3rd Chinese 6th gen?
either he misspoke or the chinese didn’t unveil their 3rd 6th gen while industry leaders are privy to these information.
Maybe? from what I remember GCAP was always meant to be able to cross the Atlantic without refuelling, and the size estimates I’ve seen put it around 65ft long, with a 55ft wingspan, compared to the Tornado’s 55ft length, 45ft wingspan, the F-111’s 73ft length, 63ft wingspan and the B-21’s 61ft length, 152ft wingspan.
so assuming those number are right, it should be in the larger than a fair few interdiction bombers, a bit smaller than most strategic bombers.
(thats just pure dimensions, 60 tons, assuming max takeoff weight, would make GCAP a bit heavier than F-111, and about 2/3’s B-21)
