it always was, but when the BMPT is in sight it ruined it, and that wasn’t a unique thing to the to the Ajax
sadly using the current method of assigning gunner sight zooms its not possible
if they change it, or make an exception (they won’t) we can get 4x-16x or something, i can’t remember what exactly, which is fairly decent, though 16x far too powerful

What’s happened to 540lb bomb? Been having absolutely no success dropping them on light targets from strikemaster, even in the event of a direct hit. At most crits, but half the time does nothing.
They nerfed most, if not all bombs I think. Ive been having just as bad success with 1000lb bombs on the Buc
Why? 150kg of TNT to the roof of a muppet is turning it to shrapnel, even a near miss ought to. At this point there might as well be no cost to bringing them.

Kh38, AGM 65, AASM, all of which have comparable or lower high explosive equivalent.

Would note that being taken out by incredibly inaccurate bombs from American 1,000lb. About 15m off, still getting taken out. But drop the 540 on the roof, nothing.

this is anecdotal but:
I’ve found direct hits to be incredibly unreliably unreliable, always aim for the sides etc
Cause its main developer and development was for germany.
The official sources show that it was developed, built, tested and as a main goal advertised towards germany.
Its shown of as a rheinmetall vehicle and released under rheinmetall.
For the britains no official source is stated.
Half a year before the challenger 130 the challenger 2 120 LEP was shown of with a 130mm round, so its likely it was shown secondarily to the UK as well.
But under gajins own rules, it has more connections to germany
Like we have been though before there was British interest shown by them allowing there test bed Challenger that they owned that was designed to be refitted with the 130mm gun to be fitted with the 130mm gun
Acting like the British has zero interest or care and the Germans just did for them (it was to show the gun off not even the tank the only nation interested in the tank were the nation that owned it)

The Challenger 2 ATD was shown off with 130mm as an option and then after the UK mod gave clearance that very same tank was fitted with the 130mm and shown off
It is quite obvious they had intrest since they were the ones who paid of the ATD and paid for the British crew to drive it and paid to maintain it and still have the tank to this day.
It is not argument to say the gun is for the MGSC programme and only for that and for Germany when a few months before the Challenger 130mm they were showing it for the Challenger 3
That is where the gun was only for a German project falls apart because it clearly wasn’t
So go cope about Italy shouldn’t get the KF-51 that they helped devolp and actually ordered

It is a rheinmetall germany project not a RBSL project for a reason. How do you justify this?
The challenger 130 is a tech demonstrator fpr the 130mm, a proof of concept that is advertised towards germany. That is the official statement.
Thats why its released as rheinmetall and not rbsl as well
