Almost all sources say DIN 70020-1 is with the engine in its installed condition so that would include a governer if present, so once again their response makes no sense

Break is usually a hard turn when talking about planes
However idk if this apply here.
That’s what I understand it to be too, but idk what it means in this context which is bvr. I assume break was only for close range engagements
In this context it means that once the missile gets within 1 nautical mile of the target the target begins a 3g turn.
