Yeah…
Though knowing Gaijin, it would somehow end up nerfing the CR2s mobility

Almost all sources say DIN 70020-1 is with the engine in its installed condition so that would include a governer if present, so once again their response makes no sense
Issue is, getting the actual document for the standard would require me buying it which is pretty expensive and im not that dedicated lol
G = force of gravity.
3g would be 3 times the force of gravity.
more asking about the break part
Break is usually a hard turn when talking about planes

However idk if this apply here.
That’s what I understand it to be too, but idk what it means in this context which is bvr. I assume break was only for close range engagements
In this context it means that once the missile gets within 1 nautical mile of the target the target begins a 3g turn.
Any reason why we haven’t seen the other warhead variants for the CRV7 in game yet? mainly the Flechette
No need
either because their warhead type isn’t in game or is just plain worse/useless
HE only would be useless (see RP on the Shars and Buccs)
HEDP would just be what he have already (HEAT) but likely worse due to it being a lighter warhead (M151 vs M247)
Smoke + Illumination Flare rockets are not in game
Neither are cluster variants
the only real variants that would be worth it would be the SAPHEI one, which could pen a fair amount of armour and have a significant post-pen effect, like a supercharged RP-3,
The 5 dart Flechette, Flechette Anti Tank (FAT) , which is stated to be able to pen a T-72s roof and side from 3km, though not the 80 flechette variant, and is limited to helicopters only, and because that would be limited by the game engine / users computers (despite having reasonable penetration) as each rocket has 80 projectiles,

but have a look at these here

Warhead (Various type & usage) | Solid Partners
funnily enough i can’t find the current M247 warhead listed for the CRV7, only the M151, which are both HEDP warheads, though and may just not be listed as the Hydra-70 warheads are apparently compatible or i’ve missed it
the FAT round is definetly interesting, same with the SAPHEI, definitely wouldn’t mind seeing them in game
the real reason is likely because those variants are forgotten much like the HESH and HEAT RP-3 rockets, while we only have the Solid shot Mk.I and Mk.II and SAPHEI RP-3s
(old wiki wins again, the new wiki doesn’t even have pages for weaponry details, just what vehicles have them)
In fairness to Gaijin with the RP-3 is that the info about the HESH and HEAT warheads are non-existant.
Though that would be really fun gameplay option, to be able to smoke or mark targets using different rocket types
Agreed
On a similar note i want the soviet chaff rockets.
Yeah those would be interesting. I wish they would add more weapons that wouldnt necessarily be of much direct use except in niche situations.
Like they wont add more ASMs because they arent usable in GRB. Its just a dumb argument.
Sim, whats that?
Bruh they added in the ASM-1 and 2 to the F-2 this update. Hopefully this means more stuff are coming next update
they only added those because the F-2 has basically no options for CAS outside of ASMs and JDAMs
I doubt we will see more ASMs anytime soon unless gaijin decides to be nice and stop holding back armaments and equipment from aircraft (seemingly) arbitrarily and using “Balance” as an excuse for why
Show me how to use the ASM against a Pantsir

We have another significant mobility buff for the Brits passed to the devs (thanks to L2ulan)
A huge buff for the Vickers Mk.11
350 hp → 508hp
15 hp/ton → 25.5 hp/ton
This would make the Vickers insanely fast, for context, the comparable Rooikats have a hp/ton below 20. This would bring it close to the Radkampfwagen in terms of power to weight.
We can cope this gets implemeted soon
