Only way I can think is having way more accounts than can actually get into the game all queueing at the same time. Maybe 50-100 accounts, maybe more. Just saturate the MM, especially at an off-peek time.
This is why I only do naval EC.
In all seriousness, I remember back in the days of Heli EC PVP where because of the grind or the ka-50’s, whatever reason, people would have their friend spawn at a relatively empty base and then farm kills before letting themselves be farmed by their friend. This is like that but on a significantly bigger scale.
Normally I’d suggest making the naval game mode more engaging or certainly less painful to play in some way like how they did with Heli EC, but farming on such a massive scale is pretty wild.
I mean, this needs to happen anyway if they ever want players to be interested in the mode tbh
