No no, only Arkhangelsk will have pin-point accurate 15". They’ll probably also have better pen and post pen damage

Well worst is depend on individual. I’ll put Revenge class as worst as it doesn’t have speed to compensate bad dispersion, sluggish 6’’ auxiliaries, and no hydroplane to capture.
Though it is an battleship, Caracciolo is more of an minor-Hood than QE class.
They’ve never done that so don’t be too negative. Kerch and Novorossiysk were at same time(Kerch) and later(Novorossiysk) than their Italian sister ship.
Also they don’t divide accuracy for nation by now. Only by caliber.

It is a shame they have made 15 inch guns so inaccurate in game for all platforms as the British ones were world leading for much of the service life’s of the ships.

Well technically they did once with Letuchiy, which is Romanian Regele Ferdinand class (built in Italy also) and Romania is placed in the Italian TT.
Honestly I don’t understand why they haven’t added it to Italy yet, especially considering their issues with destroyers.
Romania is not ‘subtree’ to Italy, or operated by Italy. Yes they are Italian originated, and I would welcome Regele Ferdinand class to be in Italy tree, but it is not necessary to be in Italy tree.

‘part of tree’ is different from ‘subtree’. For example, Denmark is part of Sweden tech tree but not a subtree, so not all available Denmark vehicle will be on Sweden tech tree. Same sits for Canadian and Austrailian vehicle.

A massive change make it the first 7.3 boat
HMS Queen Elizabeth or HMS Warspite with 6crh shell could make it maybe. Considering current penetration of American 14’‘/50 and Japanese 16’‘(old shells), which were considered to be similar penetration with British 15’’ 6crh shells, we could anticipate anti-every armor penetration for those ships.

Well personally I feel that the current problems with British top tier blue water can be solved by almost any later war refit of the QE kgv and nelson the r class less so due to them being close to the bottom when it came to refit priority.

For QE class, I want pre-1944 version as they need hydroplane to capture point instead of slow ship itself, and even after 1944 the enhanced AA does not become incredible level.
KGV class, never mind which version. Ship itself is quite fast and sturdy.
For Nelson class, late war as there are no version with affordable hydroplane based on Gaijin principle.
One of the things I want from the kgv’s is some have an insane amount of 40mm aa and then you have the duel purpose secondarys which I pray they let have its he-vt

well i guess he never said they would be top tier or fix the imbalance of navel for said nations but i feel it was heavly implied that they would be competitive 7.0’s

Indeed he never said top tier but rank VI.
And in the case of France they don’t have anything 7.0 worthy, everything else is either too poor or too good, Stras might get forced into being 7.0 but i’m not convinced she belongs there. Kinda like Bretagne’s being 6.7 (perhaps they deserve a chance at 6.3?).
Italy however, firstly afaik Caracciolo class never used SAP, but APC, so if it had that it could probably be 7.0 though it is kinda just worse in armour and firepower than Barham or a Bayern. (I checked, it did have an SAP shell in addition to an APC shell, it seems as their is limited info on the APC they just gave it SAP).
But they also literally have a ship they can copy-paste into Italy… RN Guilio Cesare which is in the Russian tree as Novorossiysk… Like why its in the Russian tree before Italian in the first place is outrageous in itself.

well i feel that with the needed expansion in BR’s for top tier navel they could have done the decompression at the same time but they have proven to have no real knowledge about how a ship would even perform given when they added scharnhorst at 6.3 and it is still the top ship in most players eyes

Now that Repulse is 6.7 where it belongs we can roll this line out again.
Its absolutely ridiculous that the British Bluewater tree only has one 7.0 ship. An R Class or Queen Elizabeth Class Battleship should have been added months ago.
