I’ve been asking for this class for ages. Because its an Orion, but with the upgraded guns you’d find on Queen Mary and Marlborough. My main gripe with Orion aside from the tall machinery section leaving you vulnerable post-penetration, was the Orions shells just didn’t have the same punch that you feel with using a British 12" at 6.3 or using a British 13.5" superheavy at 6.7/7.0.
The year being 1948 gives me immense happiness, because that means Greenboy shells like Marlborough so the only drawback is those tall machinery sections.
I think this ship is going to be fun.

Its interesting. Ive been looking into maybe playing 6.7/7.0 instead of 7.7 for battleships and combined with orion and maybe the 7.0s could make an intersting line-up. 6.7 though would avoid the Amagi

I read the 1948 part of the other centurion, like as in the tank and got my hopes up…
Still its a better shell than the MK.IIa on Orion.

45 battle ships built after 1900 should be 46 but warthunders stupid rule of cant have the same exact ship in the different TT’s
1716 a mix of corvets minelayers minesweapers and anything that had a gun but was not a torpedo boat
this would be a total of 2881 blue water/large coastal boats
i might have a look at coastal torpedo boats
