Ah okay. Is Wikipedia sufficient for military vehicle history? Or do I need to dig deeper?
What i’ve done before, is look at the sources referenced in Wiki and use those. Wiki alone is not good enough
Hmm okay. Thank you.
I found all the armament info on Reddit. Nice
“USS Oregon City (CA-122), the lead ship of the Oregon City class of heavy cruisers, was laid down 8 April 1944 by Bethlehem Steel Company, Quincy, Massachusetts; launched 9 June 1945. She had 3x Sets of Triple 8 inch guns, 11x Quad mounted (48 Count) Bofors 40mm AA cannons, and 20x 20mm Oerlikon guns in single mounts across the ship. She could fit right under the Pittsburgh at 6.3 from her increased Anti Aircraft mounts. She did have three other ships in her class (Rochester, Albany, and Northampton with more modernized cold war refits. Unfortunately, she would only serve Two years after which being deactivated.”
Now I need to figure out where to find armor stats, radar if it has one, turning time, propulsion, fire rate, crew count, length… oh god there’s a lot to add.
