Britain Naval Tree - What’s left to be added for all BRs

So hows Warspite on the dev server?

The dev server can’t really be compared to live currently with the new systems, they’re changing so much that a lot of the meta is getting thrown on its head even if breaches don’t go live. Every big gun battleship is getting much more accurate, but that means every ship is getting much less survivable even without breach changes. 15” and 16” are going from .4 vertical spread angle to .34, while 14” are being reduced from .39 to .28-.26 at the absolute lowest per the datamines. Remains to be seen if one salvo hitting power will win out over laser accurate ranging shot crew bleed.

There are massive ballistic change in Dev Server right now, some were reverted to characteristic near to June 2024, but some were not, and some were buffed even more.

For British Rank VI, 16’’ remains almost same, 15’’ got nerfed slightly, and 13.5’’ got severly(almost identical to last year)

Besides, heavy normalization on 13.5’’ and new Mark XVIIb APC on 15’’ makes British 14’’ on KGV place between 13.5’’ and 15’', but current BR compression between those two kind of ships makes KGV class no good place among naval tree. Really, it’s been two year since last decompression of WT naval, so when will be the next?

4 years? Because Gaijin loves the double the troubles.
Double double toil and troubles.

Can’t wait to see Courbet and Nassau fight against Vanguard and Yamato. :/

I want to grind ‘The Mighty Hood’ of mine, but those ‘compression issues’ frighten me to do so.

My condolences

I don’t want this thing anywhere near me since I have seen the plans for her gun mounts and ammunition storage /j

Hood is very survivable so its actually quite fun.
With the 15 inch spread buff in the update tomorrow it will be very enjoyable

I heard Hood herself is great in the current meta. maybe?

Just too scared for the ‘journey to the Mighty Hood’ :|

2 years of non-decompressing looks pure insane.
And it makes me imagine a worst-case-scenario of Hood and Iowa/Yamato being the same 7.0BR.

Where in the tree are you

nearby Daring class destroyers.

Was pretty poor for much of the last 2 years, but the shrapnel changes and now the shell dispersal reductions, she’ll be one of the better top tier ships and one of the few that can meaningfully threaten a Scharnhorst.

Just a little worried about the new damage mechanic because that might still favour fire rate over calibre or accuracy. Especially with the lack of HE

I see… well the daring and diana are both great. Our cruisers do a lot of damage but cant take a lot, I find them pretty fun

Thanks for your humble and noble advice. XD

Well I have been wanting hms tiger for a while so I thought that getting it for a discount might be nice next time there are gamble crates as it causes its price to drop

What was so bad about vanguard

Fair enough. You better hope it sells for that much.

Well it drops down to the 40 range every time there are gamble crates

Well now the Colossus and Dreadnought are 6.0, was there any specific reason for this change? I found Colossus to be fine at 6.3, and now the cruiser BRs are going to be more compressed and the Queen Mary is alone at 6.3.
