That is concerning, do you know what year the armament most closely matches? Knowing Gaijin they’ll change her year on the statcard to what ever is closest to how she is currently.
As for the Armour values, it is the dev server, I would expect this to change before it hits live, but it would be best for you to file a bug report with sources.

The entire deck was 31mm on the dev which from schematics ive looked at is wrong unless I’ve been looking at them wrong. As for the armament thing I’ll have to double check because it was late when I was looking at that so my old ass might of looked at it wrong 🤣

Shouldn’t warspite have 5 inches of armour over the magazines and 3.5inches over the machinery
yes but you are looking at the upper deck (the bow part is on the level of the main deck)
The main ammount of armour is on the middle deck
It should have 100LBs NC (2 1/2") on 40 LBs (1") HT over the machinery spaces and 160LBs NC (4") on 40 LBS (1") HT over the magazines

The armour scheme of HMS Warspite is overall correct on dev server. There were a few minor mistakes which were all acknowledged and should be corrected by the live update.
So I posted a bug report that Rodney’s rate of fire should be 2rpm, not 1.7 like the Devs have chosen. And I got an interesting response.
Developers considered it unnecessary to further increase the rate of fire.

So despite the proof that the ship is capable of achieving a 30 second reload when firing full broadsides. The Devs dont think it should in game. Whether they think it is necessary or not shouldn’t matter. It is a fact that it could therefore it should in game. Can a tech mod shine a light on this? Was a reason given that wasnt passed on?
@HK_Reporter Do you or any of the other Tech Mods have any answers on why the Devs havent increased Rodney’s rate of fire in line with historical data? This seems pretty clear cut to me. Rodney should get 30 second reload.
I overall have high hopes for warspite, the good crew distribution, armour and magazine layout as well as improved firepower and AA weaponry will mean it will be a top contender to be the best ship in the British naval tree
Of course we have to wait and see what Gavin does with the unsinkability BS
(I still consider Hood the best currently just because of the flooding issues and inconsistent 16 inch guns of Rodney)
I just hope they give warspite’s 4" guns HE-VT
Well we both know that British boats would be too powerful with he-vt but the Americans with more of the same kind of secondaries can have all the he-vt they want
